This company is an absolute disgrace. They are intentionally deceiving customers with false advertising. I paid for a wig with 200% density, but what I received is so thin that the lace is visible everywhere. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website.
​Their customer service is a joke. They ignore my emails and refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead of providing a free return as required by law for faulty items, they try to trick you into paying for shipping yourself or offer a tiny "refund" that doesn't cover anything. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this shop at all costs—it's a scam. I have reported them to the authorities and started a chargeback with my bank.
