I have used AID fuels for many years. This time the oil that I booked and paid in full for was just simply a right balls up! It was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday. Got a text that it was on its way. Then at 5pm an email saying it’s now coming on Thursday. Then on Thursday the exact same thing again. When I called to see if I am going to receive my delivery. No one knew why I had not received it. Neither was I offered the reduced payment amount with it being days late. I’ve not received a delivery invoice, so I don’t know how much oil was actually delivered or any communication from AID at all. For a property that is situated only 3 miles away from there depo, what an absolute joke.

Delivered next day, cheap prices. Exceptional customer service
