Impossible to get hold off. the number on the website hasn't been working for months. Eventually got hold of someone via the monitor who said they operate from South Africa and have no UK number anymore. No correspondence, don't respond to email...

Service prompt and helpful - hard to judge the product, as I haven't (luckily) had to resort to using it...

I ordered an alarm last week as l live on my own. It was delivered next day & easy to set up. Just plugged into the back of my wifi router & plugged the main plug into an electric socket. There wasn't a wrist band but l rang them on free phone & it arrived the next day thank you Mandy. You need to ring back to be put through to an engineer who will talk you through testing it is connected ok - my test call took 5 seconds to get an answer back. Such a great relief to have this as a safeguard living on my own. They ask for a key safe number and up to 4 contact numbers. Very pleased with my purchase & peace of mind.

Having spoken to approximately 4/5 similar businesses over the last 2 days, I found AidCall to be the most informative and helpful. Olivia dealt with my original call she answered all my questions efficiently and easily, asking me questions of what I was wanting out of the set up in an easy down to earth manor, not using jargon or trying to bamboozle me with science.
Yes the first year is a bit more expensive than others but after that cheaper for the cover you get.
Having discussed it with family, I rang Olivia back and went ahead with the installation, which I received the next day. Once the instructions where read properly on the web was fitted easily. Being disabled I couldn’t do it myself as cannot reach plugs etc.
I now feel that there was a always someone there for me if I fall, and having spoken to Olivia again today, just to make sure everything in my head was correct on the workings etc., I feel more at ease.

Really helpful staff, easy to set up and good value( cheaper than age UK sponsored one). Arrived the day after my order and wrist band is comfortable. On test presses it is answered within seconds.

Pleased with the product, had some initial difficulty setting it up, instructions not very clear and I asked for a bracelet but got a necklace and reported this twice and told they would send a bracelet, but that has not happened.

I was sold things that weren't even available. I was told you can communicate via the pendant and that we bought a sensor monitor that turned out is actually something that has to be pressed within certain times. Not at all what we believed we were getting.When I complained people were helpful but never seemed to called back when needed and it was always they hadnt known about things. All the people I felt with were lovely and seemed helpful but I found things didnt flow and I repeatedly had to call them back. We are up and running now but personally I feel my confidence has diminished over all this. I'm sure it will be ok, but I'm let down as the service is not what I'd been first told and apologies mean nothing if nothing changes

From my first enquiry I was impressed by the information I received.
The system was explained to me and my questions were answered and there was no sales pressure. I researched other systems and found Aidcall to be the most suitable for my needs.

Your company and staff have put my mind at rest and my family too. I've been living on my own since my husband passed away 15 years ago and l've been shielding for a year and my family were worried in case l had a fall and couldn't contact them or emergency services. Your sales service was very helpful and talked me through the whole set up which l understood even though l'm 70 and not very computer savvy. Plus l am disabled. Dad s saying that he remembers to log in each morning between 08.00/010.00 and he remembers in the evening between 18.00 -20.00 .

Bit slow to get started as there are on instructions in the box but now it's up and running I have got peace of mind

I would like to thank you for a very quick and excellent service I have received from your company.
The two gentlemen who came here on Wednesday, 10 February, did an excellent job, one mounted the key safe, and finished the job quickly and well and cleanly done.
The other gentleman worked indoors, installed The PERSONAL SAFETY ALERT SYSTEM, explained how to use it and did all the necessary work like check by telephone with The company, etc.
All on all, at this time I am very happy with yourcompany.
