Ordered 2 rings and they arrived within about 2 weeks. Really pretty and they came with magnetic patches. Haven't noticed any magical benefits while wearing them, but they look nice.

Don’t waste your money

I purchased a a bracelet that is sore to wear, the pattern digs into my arm. It was a complete waste of money and even though the bracelet hurts me they didn’t even bother to respond to my email.

Do not purchase from the company.

First part of my order was never delivered. Then the ring tarnished and they agreed a refund. It's now 3 months later and despite them emailing me numerous times telling me they have processed my refund I have never received it. Since the ring tarnished my bracelet has now also snapped right through the middle and I have continued to try and contact Aida, but they have now stopped answering my emails. This company should not be allowed to exist. Poor customer service and terrible quality products.

I wish I read the reviews here before ordering from this company.
Sadly the items don’t match the distribution from the website.
The ring does not work.
On top they took another payment of over £40 for magnetic patches I have never ordered!
I’m considering reporting the company to Trading Standard for misleading advertisements.

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. It’s the usual Chinese rubbish. It states Aida London but their London warehouse is out of action - what a surprise.
Absolute cheap rubbish with zero therapeutic properties what so ever.

Stones missing on ring

Received the ring and a stone is missing then partner tried it on and another one fell out. Contacted Aida and they said I have to pay return postage and hope they give us a refund when they have checked it out. Will never order from this company again.
Wish I had checked trust pilot first as I didn't realise the company isn't from UK and that they had such terrible reviews. We live and learn 🙁

Terrible service.

Terrible service.. Ordered menopause ring.. Showed item delivered 2nd October.. Item not received even though the tracking information shows it's been delivered. Not to my address and not signed for by me... I've had numerous email responses over the last 3 weeks apologising etc etc but still no delivery. . I've tried getting my PayPal refund charged back but again to no avail as they say it shows there's a tracking number . And.. Proves nothing!!!! Avoid at all costs!

Shocking Service!

Shocking Service!
I ordered a magnetic ring from this company but it never arrived.
After waiting a reasonable amount of time, U contacted them by email.
I was told that I needed to allow time for it to arrive. I was given tracking information which showed it had been delivered.......it hadn't.
I went back to them......back & forth. I kept telling them I hadn't received anything & they kept saying the Courier said it had been delivered!!
Then they said I needed to contact the Courier. It's a fact that Courier companies will only talk to the sender.
More emails
Still no positive response.
Fed up but won't give up. Just want everyone else to avoid this awful customer service

BEWARE

I tried to order a magnetic ring after seeing advert on Facebook. Bank alerted me to suspicious activity through transaction process, and Fraud team got involved.
I was unsuccessful contacting the company through email, as undeliverable

Scammers and Thieves

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from Aida London.
The ring was poor quality that fell to bits within days of wearing it.
Contacted customers services to be told I had to return the ring to CHINA at my own cost.
Do not use them, they are nothing but thieves.

Aida London has never been to London

Aida London has never been to London, ordered a ring from them which I tracked to China when I questioned them they said London branch had closed temporarily. I eventually received the item snd wore it for 3 days before the magnets fell out. I emailed them with photos as proof and was told to return it to CHINA for full refund. Postage was going to be £10.20 (for them to say they never received it back). Massive scammers with cheap tin merchandise. Lesson learned !!!!

Cheap jewellery from China not UK

Despite stating they are based in London they are shipping cheap jewelry in from China. I ordered two weeks ago and no sign of a delivery.. shipping updates show still in China. Don’t be fooled please.

Avoid, don’t waste your money

Would love to know where they get their 1000’s of happy customer reviews from. I can’t even get an email through to them as constantly rejected as I’m apparently sending spam?!
Ordered a bracelet which I did receive but which was definitely not worth the £26 I paid. It has no magnetic properties at all despite being sold as magna therapy. I was also sent 4 complimentary patches with magnets and when I queried it on a Facebook advert they responded to say I had to stick the patches around the bracelet??? Would look like a sticking plaster, plus the patches are supposed to compliment the bracelet but if needed to be stuck onto the bracelet I would have to keep buying the patches, not that they work either anyway. Total waste of time and money. Avoid 😕

Need a lot of patience!

Avoid wish I hadn’t wasted my money ordered and still waiting to receive. They advertise as aida London but I don’t think it’s in the UK. Customer service gave me a tracking number that wasn’t even my parcel still waiting a response.
Update CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOW BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS AS I ASKED FOR AN UPDATE AND IT HAS BEEN BLOCKED. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
###Update 2/10/24
Finally received my order today! Has been a lot of messing and mithering and proving I had been given the wrong tracking info etc. would I order again…. Probably not.
