Sorry for the bad rating. Great price on the shoes. I ordered two pair and still haven’t gotten my order yet. I ordered them on March 31st, 2021 with the order number 1255. Would really like to know what is going on with my order? I have emailed multiple times about this and I haven’t heard anything.

I ordered a pair in March. They have avoided my emails since May. They also deleted their FB and IG pages. Seems like a scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from here back in March and Still not arrived, I've emailed about an update with no reply. I'm starting to think this is a scam. My tracking order has been saying awaiting carrier update for about 4 weeks now. Nearly £70 I have lost out on. Avoid this website at all costs.

Same as everyone else on here> AVOID these Scammers. Don't get caught out.
Ordered in March- told to wait for tracking info. Still no update after many emails. Domain name on emails are closed as they bounce now. Had to put a claim through my bank now.

I ordered 2 pairs dated 24 March, I've used every social media outlet to get in contact ,numerous emails, and not one reply, this company is the biggest joke I've ever used and I will continue too warn everyone on social media about this circus of a company till i get a full refund.

These people take your money and you don't get what you paid for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Absolute SCAM artists - ordered 2 pairs trainers 7 weeks ago - 8 emails later - no responses - still no trainers ! No contact number, a no reply email address, London offices don’t exist !! DO NOT PURCHASE from this company !

A scam DO NOT buy. Ordered over one month ago. 1 message reply to say custom intercepted,nothing since numerous mails sent and no reply. Very very very poor. Would not recommend

These guys are an absolutely scam, don’t order from them. I ordered about a month ago and heard nothing after so many emails and then threaten to advertise they were a scam my trainers turned up, with special delivery. BUT they are the wrong size so after many attempts to get in touch Iv heard nothing back. In this day and age with everything that is going on in the world you think they would have more of a heart! Don’t waste your money!!! I wouldn’t even give them one star because their communication sucks.

Have removed the previous 1 star reviews as my order was delivered today. Having chased and had no response I was really dubious about AIC Sneaks. However I think a little more effort in responding to and keeping customers updated would really help and really improve the rating here.

Tried to contact this company several times ordered 2 pairs of trainers coming up to 3 weeks ago, and since the order I’ve started getting fraudulent transactions on my bank account absolute scam artists DO NOT PURCHASE from this company

Still no trainers turned up. Really gutted. Must be a scam. Have been robbed. If no response will be taking it further

Placed and order and got a thank you email with no order number or details. Money has come out of account but cant seem to track order or get hold of anyone to find out whats going on! Been over 2 weeks now.

Placed an order 1371 on 9th April 2021. Status of order still sitting as not processed - contacted the business team 3 times now via e-mail, no response!
The waiting time goes against what is written on the website for orders and delivery - at least update this section to set straight customer expectations! Obviously the production of these trainers is coming from elsewhere and your vendor is letting the company down - but it is the responsibility of AICSneaks to manage consumer expectation and provide a half decent customer service - which according to the comments on this forum - none of your customers are getting! Appreciate this is a small business, but if you wish to advertise through social media platforms and promote/grow your business then you have to resource accordingly to allow for customer service and satisfaction. The fact you have taken payments in advance and not provided a customer service or update as to where that money is, is a downright disgrace!! I am all about supporting small business, but if my e-mails are consistently ignored and you have taken my money, I will be filing a formal consumer rights complaint.

Same as many others ordered and that’s as far as it goes have filed a bank dispute as all emails requesting a refund have been ignored

Order placed & paid for 10 days ago, 4 emails sent requesting shipping update IGNORED!

Leaving this review here in the hope that I might get some kind of response?

It has been a 10 since my order and nothing has arrived. Tried to contact them via the website, Facebook and Instagram and nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

I ordered 3 pairs of trainers spending over £100 (order 1295) and I have not received them. I sent an email on 4th April to the sales team and I have had no response at all. I have tried to track my order and it states this order can not be found! I believe I have been scammed and now at a loss of over £100.

It has been a month since my order and nothing has arrived. Tried to contact them via the website, Facebook and Instagram and nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this company.
