I had an issue with the headphones that were delivered. The AIAIAI team addressed the issue very quickly and resolved it. It would be great to have a better return process.

My product stopped working after 2 years and after trying to help me fix it with no success they sent me a replacement. Fantastic customer service!

I had a question about the different ear cups and they were helpful and said I could return just the earcups to try the other sort, as it was still within the 30 days, in the end I realised my spotify settings had the bass boost turned up so that made a good difference to the balance, too much bass was my problem with the headphones but no more! They sound great!

I've had H10 headphones for 2 years and loved them. Recently I got an issue with the headband, contacted support and in 2 days I had a voucher to replace the headband free of charge, shipping included !

Had a pair of broken old headphones, customer support asked me to email them a picture of them and I got a discount so that I could buy a new pair.

I have 3 full pairs of headphones from these guys and just had my first issue:

Wireless headband H10 (X01) arrived faulty. the built in cable had a bad internal connection, rendering it useless.

A bit of back & forth with support and I have a replacement headband on the way.

These guys have been making incredible products and providing stellar customer support since i bought my first pair of TMA-2s in 2014. I've since had headphones break, get stolen, get crushed, and everytime AIAIAI provides a solution that keeps their headphones in my ears. These are my Ride or Dies!

An awesome product and an excellent service! the cables on my headband broke, as soon as I contacted supported they reached back to me in no time and send me a new headband, very happy with my headphones so far, I dont think I will ever change brand

I had a problem with one of my unit speaker.
I was contacted very fast and we find what was the problem quickly. They replaced my speakers because of the issue.

I recently purchased the TMA-2 Modular Headphones, and I'm extremely impressed with both the product and the company's service.

The modular design is fantastic. I was able to choose components that fit my specific preferences for sound and comfort. It's great knowing I can easily swap parts in the future.
The sound is clear and balanced, with excellent bass and crisp highs.

The customer service is very professional. They were very responsive and helpful.

The service was so great, that in my 40 years of live I never had such a great experience. And to product quality. Perfect headphones, great sound. IF you are using yours for like 12hrs a day, you would get it.
