The headphones are amazing obviously!!
But the support of aiaiai itself is shitt
Without putting it harshly

They made me wait 3 weeks without any communication whats so ever.
I think as a company you need to be clear to your customers, not let them wait so long without a word
Or just a automatic answer
When there’s serious issue.
Anyhow i still have no package and aiaiai is Ofcourse not answering to me
So hope that im the only one having this issue
Cause otherwise im laughing my ass of

I had trouble registering my headphones on the website, but I received fabulous support from customer service. My problem was solved quickly and easily. Headphones 11/10 customer service 12/10. Regards go out to Andy! :)

My headband snapped while putting it on, after having and enjoying it for few months.
Contacted their support and they were fast in replies and provided replacement.

Had a problem with a speaker on my headphones. Contacted support and got a quick reply (seems so rare these days). We worked through the issue and when it was concluded to need replacement they provided a voucher to replace the speakers. Great experience!

Love the modularity of the headphones and their design, really well thought out. Wish there was open back speaker version as well, maybe something in the future!

My h10 headband broke, so I reached out to AIAIAI to ask how I can repair it. They were apologetic that this model is not yet set up to be repaired, and gave me a replacement for free via a voucher on their site. They asked me to render the previous headband inoperable by cutting the connectors off, and that I responsibly recycle/dispose of it rather than shipping it back. I super appreciated this level of support, and conscientiousness to the environment. My only complaint, which is nit-picking, was that they were a bit slow to respond during/after Black Friday, and I was concerned I would not receive the replacement before a gig I have this weekend. They did come back online and ship me the replacement and I received it before my gig! All told, this was a great experience, and I look forward to working with this company in the future. I can't wait to see what they come up with next!

I’ve been using TMA-2 H10 for over a year. There are so much things that make me love this headphone. The customers support team of the Aiaiai company has been trainning well and very professional. About the waranty and replacement policies is legit! Thank you Aiaiai! I love Aiaiai.

Great customer service by Amalie, to get my unfortunately defective earphones replaced.

I had to contact Aiaiai customer service after my headphones were stolen due to a mistake from the delivery service.
They were very professional in their response, understanding of the situation and were quick to send the package again once they were made aware of the siuation. Overall, I had a great experience with them.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they were slow to answer (I had to wait 10 days after I opened my ticket) so it's something to keep in mind when ordering at a busy period, Black Friday in my instance.

Ordered TMA-2 Studio headphones, which are fantastic to listen music on, play synths or compose on and carry them on the go. Moreover, I was enthused by the response of the Support team, when I accidentally made a supplementary order which later I had to cancel and the staff were super quick on cancelling the order and re-imbursing the money to my card. Overeall, an amazing experience! Highly recommended
