Extortion by EE
Declined £26 a month plan but offered one for £3 a month less with 20GB LESS DATA. It's obviously a shakedown tactic they play on customers to save on the bottom line.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

EE got transferred to EE from orange been with orange since mid nineties , EE started off contract 22 months ago told charges would be 26 per month inc vat bills have all been around 43 per month inc which on its own is bad but that's not my main problem the problems only start if you wish to make or receive a call the connectivity is the worst ive ever experienced the muffled constantly cutting in and out on 3 four different handsets may I add [so not handset ]faults EE CALLED ee on several occasions, received a friendly but very un helpful conclusion on all calls directed to technical who said by own admission only 50 %of your calls are dropping due to signal problems 25%due to handset so changed handsets 3 times still same EE FAILED TO ASSIST IN ALL CALLS FOR HELP ,after 22months lost 50%of my work due to lack of communication ,had to fight to get pac code ,after quoted off Ofcom site they eventually agreed to give out pac code if very rude and abrupt with no option I changed to three having borrowed a friends phone and couldn't believe the difference now still using same handset on three as was using on EE I AM EXPERICING A TOTALLY NEW LEVEL OF SERVICE BEST IVE EVER HAD , explaining all this in great detail to EE they still insisted I paid one month notice plus 129 early contract penalty even though I would have only had 2months left any way , so please make up your own mind but my personal view is customers are treated like idiots by this company charge what they like hopefully Ofcom will continue to follow this up for me thanks Darren pyart
DON'T JUST DON'T
EE are useless, signed up a few weeks ago, had a £50 deposit added to my account with no notice. Despite this I paid my bill in full in advance. Yesterday my second bill was issued and they put an instant barr on my account because it took me across a mythical credit limit they had set on my account. I can't call them because they barr calls to customer care from barred phones they are royal idiots who expect intrest free loans from their customers.
Do NOT DEAL with this bunch of cretins.
