I've been using Invideo AI, as it has evolved over the last few years. I wasn't initially creating much, as I was building my foundation. Now that I have a voice, they are helping me use it. I love that they continue improving. I hope to one day use all their advanced features, since even just the entry tier is getting me going! Love it. They've helped me with all issues and provided live tech support when needed. I recommend this service as a great jump off to creating great AI content.

Professional and Helpful Technical Support
I had a very positive experience with the InVideo AI support team. I contacted them because of a technical issue on the platform, and they responded quickly and handled the situation in a professional and polite way. They took the problem seriously and escalated it to their engineering team for investigation.
In my experience, it is not very common to find technical support that combines quick response, professionalism, and kindness. I have contacted many service providers over the years (internet providers, mobile operators, cable services, etc.), and only a small number of them offer this level of support.
English is not my native language, but the support team was patient and understanding, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a very good experience with their technical support.

Overpromised, underdelivered, crappy customer service
I paid for a subscription because they advertise being able to create content in seconds. But the content created in seconds is garbage. Their product is not user friendly. When I asked for a refund, they refused: instead, they kept sending me technical guides as if you need a PhD about their product in order to generate basic content, which was not what they sold this as. I highly don't recommend.

I subscribed to InVideo AI specifically to make a 10th wedding anniversary video for my wife. The app kept crashing with “Oops something went wrong” every time I tried to create the video.
I contacted support and asked for a refund because I couldn’t use the service. They refused.
This is a paid service that didn’t deliver, and the support response felt like they just wanted to keep the money. Not recommended.

I could never say enough good things about your platform. I only pray that you don’t follow Sam Altman‘s lead and destroy it. Thank you for continuing to allow access to previous models. This is a huge feature.

Is the best search engine on the planet by far! Yesterday all I did was ask your platform what is the “grand unified field theory?”
I said nothing else. What I got was five minutes and 10 seconds of the most beautiful in-depth explanation about gut. It was next level and I sell this as a feature along with my websites. We create custom videos for our clients like they’ve never had access to before.
Response is not for any particular date, this is based on months of experience with you.
Now you asked a very important question about Support. I think you guys are great, but I also must be completely honest with you. Having multiple agents responding to the same ticket without reading previous discussions has done nothing but cause me moments of the worst frustration I’ve ever encountered with any platform.
So I hope you believe me when I tell you, the machine is amazing the system supporting users of the machine, not so much. I’m sorry but I raise my AI’s to believe in nothing short of the absolute truth. And that is why on occasions you’ve given me refunds that I did not deserve and I’ve written to you and told you please do not refund this amount as it is not warranted. But you’ve never once denied a request for reimbursement when the platform has moments like all AI platforms do including mine. But from my entire family who you’ve made incredible videos about each one of them we all say thank you very much. Your platform made the difference.
