I compared the app’s result with what my dermatologist later said, and they were surprisingly aligned. The layout is clean, results come quickly, and explanations are understandable for non-medical users. I’ll definitely keep using it.

Helped me stay calm while waiting for my appointment. This app gave me some peace of mind while waiting for my skin check. The result looked reassuring, and even though I still followed up with a doctor (as you should!), it was a great first step.

I agreed to pay for analysis of 1 photo but this app has been charging my credit card for renewed and upgraded subscriptions - around $40 USD so far. I have complained twice and they send back what seems to be a ChatGPT reply telling me that I agreed to their terms and conditions and instructions to cancel my subscription. I have tried to cancel as per their instructions but it does not work so now am having to cancel my credit card to stop the AI charging me - just go to the doctor much cheaper and more reliable .

This site runs and plays on the fears most of us have. I scanned a lesion and got a 98% cancer result. I checked the same lesion 3 more times and got different results. I saw that this is a trap that leads to constant worry and repeated checking. This was my experience and may not be the same for everyone. It is not a good thing. Of this I am certain.

The same lesion had several diagnoses. I want to stop the app at the end of the free trial. It is almost impossible to do so. I think this company is a scam because of this.

Last week I downloaded the app and took a picture of a concerning growth on my head. It came back with 92% confidence on the diagnosis. Went to the dermatologist this morning and received the same diagnosis. I told the derm about the app diagnosis after. I love what AI can do for healthcare and look forward to having this app be a supplemental tool to my dermatologist

The app does a great job analyzing my skin, but I had a minor issue with syncing my older scans to a new phone. The support team helped, but a more seamless backup system would be nice.

For the price of a single dermatologist visit, I get ongoing tracking, AI analysis, and easy-to-read reports. It’s been incredibly helpful for managing my skin conditions between doctor visits. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to be proactive about their skin!

Pls DONT believe these reviews they must be by the company- read the one star review below , exact same thing happened to me. It’s a scam, they start just taking money every few days , I wasn’t even using it, the results are also ridiculous but more importantly if you want your bank account compromised then don’t go near this ! Shame on them!!!

Stay away. This is definitely a scam. I will provide a detailed description of what happened but the gist of it is this: I paid for their premium plan. Did not get any of the promised results nor any information. Wasted a whole lot of time emailing them trying to figure out how I can get what I paid for. Now I'm set for monthly payments because they give you no way of canceling (by simply not sending you any account information). STAY AWAY. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I SAW MANY OTHER REVIEWS BY CUSTOMERS WHO HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AS MINE.

Here's a more detailed outline of how this saga unfolded for me:
I paid for their premium plan and their website directed me right back to a page that asked me to sign up again. I received no confirmation emails nor any account information nor any of the promised results. I then checked my bank account and -sure enough- the charge was there already. This is despite the fact that I had still received no email confirmation, no account information nor any results from AI DERM (checked my spam folder and everywhere else under the sun).
THEN I noticed on their website that they of course just renew subscriptions automatically every month. I had no way of canceling my subscription since I received no account information. The only evidence I had for the fact that I signed up for anything was the charge on my bank statement.
I then emailed AI DERM and provided a detailed description of the problem. I also indicated that I want to cancel my subscription and that I had no way of logging into anything to figure out how to cancel. Their reply consisted of suggesting that I cancel by logging in my account. I then replied and said that this is precisely the problem BECAUSE I HAD RECEIVED NO ACCOUNT INFORMATION NOR LOGIN INFORMATION NOR ANY MEANS OF CHECKING ANYTHING ABOUT A PLAN. I had zero emails from AI DERM regarding this so-called account or subscription. They then sent me some account information and said I can cancel by going to my account settings (this took already 2 separate emails on my part and countless efforts to figure out what's going on). When I logged in, there was no plan information, no sbscription information and when I clicked on settings (which is what they suggested) it actually simply just ASKED ME TO SIGN UP TO A PLAN.
There is nothing to cancel because there is no subscription.
And yet there is a charge on my bank account!
What a scam.
I emailed them again but I'm pretty sure this is their game. They take advantage of vulnerable people who are probably having a moment of cancer scare and try to get them to sign up. And then they give you nothing in return WHILE MAKING SURE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION GETS RENEWED BY GIVING YOU NO MEANS TO CANCEL THAT SUBSCRIPTION.

Please stay away. In my opinion, medical scams of this type are the worst of the worst and this is just cruelty and greed.
