Terrible service, long delays, never call when they promise

Terrible service - still waiting for someone to repair my washing machine for over 3 weeks. They promise the technician will call you back but they never do. Impossible to find out what the delay is other than they have ordered a spare part and are waiting for it. I have a guarantee on my Samsung washing machine and this is the company Samsung have chosen to do the repair. I would never use them by choice - really terrible company who don’t care about their customers.

on time, professional , friendly

comes on time, professional examination for my dishwasher. furthermore gives an advice for future purchase. this is really a friendly stuff
