Extremely helpful customer service 5 star rating!
I have had my machine for almost 11 months and the lights started shimmering, flickering a little and not very bright. Emailed customer service and they responded fast. Rornelia asked me to switch the adapter from my 4 pod to the 8 pod which was the one messing up, it worked the lights were bright and no shimmering. They are mailing me a new adapter for the 8 pod one. I love my machines, have a 4, 8 and 10 pod. This is an excellent company

Pleasant surprise
Their customer service department is incredibly responsive, there is a time difference. My machine originally went bad on the 5th or 6th use, something with the part of the light, their team sent me an entirely new machine, they were with me through troubleshooting and were incredibly patient and understanding. I will be purchasing more of their products in the future.
