In all my years of testing and buying products I have never experienced a more kind and reliable service . This is a wonderful company that truly care about their customers.

I purchased the AHA Halo scalar wave device and received a unit that will not turn on at all, despite the battery being fully charged. I have been attempting to resolve this for 6 weeks through email with the company’s team, but have received no real solution — only suggestions that the problem is on my end, which it is not.
I was even instructed to mail the device to someone in South Carolina for repair. I did this in good faith. The device came back still not working.
This is a defective product. The company has failed to honor any reasonable expectation of customer support or a working device. I am requesting a full replacement or refund. I would caution other buyers to be aware that if your device has a problem, getting resolution is extremely difficult.

It is also worth noting that this company does not allow public customer reviews on their own website — their so-called review page is labeled ‘Expert Reviews’ and is simply a curated marketing tool with no way for real customers to share their experiences.

I do love frequency healing, I love this portable scalar device it has helped me so much. The best thing I love about it is I can take to bed, put on my bedside cabinet and put the 'good sleep' program on, it's nearly 5 hours of Healing, and I sleep amazingly. You can even turn the light off and it still works. I have used it for digestion, menopause, lymphatic, headache, minerals & vits, and shoulder pain. There are brand new peptides you can add in with the software, so I'm trying a few different things. Trial and error for me. I'm 95% loving this device. It works. It helps me so much.

Aha Halo is a daily companion to my day and has been for about a year now. Lisa Zhang has given excellent customer care recently as has the others whenever I contact customer service. And with the expansion of the programs to choose from, life can be uplifted from varied energy fields.

So easy to use, customer support is outstanding!
My husband came home from work today and said his back went out. He had to make a few phone calls so I set the AHA to the back discomfort setting and said let it run while you are on the phone.

I've been using the portable Aha Halo scalar device daily for close to 11 months and it has been running entirely smoothly (I'm a Mac user). It came with 100 programs and 30 of the programs can be stored on the device. Since Aha Halo's launch in 2025 additional programs have been added, specially lately with the new peptide programs. The update with the new released programs is FREE and so are the training videos. I've been using many of the programs - for acute conditions and for more long-standing conditions with good effect. Waking up with a sore throat, for example, and then running Throat Discomfort for a few cycles has healed an acute condition more than once. As for a long-term condition related to sleep interrupted by the solar flares, for instance, I've found the 7.83 Hz Schumann Resonance helpful. The fact that you can receive healing anytime and easily replace one program with another when needed is amazing. I'm also impressed with and grateful for the genuinely caring and supportive attitude expressed by the Aha Harmony Team through their Newsletter, blog and replies in the Facebook group.

Finally a portable device that provides the wearer a harmonizing scalar bubble to help the body deal with EMF smog, as well as the ability to upload 30 frequency sets to target different conditions, with an ever-expanding online FREE-for-life menu to choose from. I use one of the 4 sleep programs at night, and am exploring the new peptide programs which will replace the expensive patches I'm wearing. I am thrilled and I love my little halo! I also really enjoyed listening to how passionately John White explained his inspiration to put together the Halo. This is the best starting place for anyone who is exploring help from the world of frequencies!

I have been using the Aha Halo for a while. I am impressed by how it works I have been feeling better since using it. I mainly use the joint, and muscle and tendon functions as I get sore after a heavy workout. I am also impressed by the great customer service I have received all my questions are answered and I enjoy reading the blogs and other helpful information.

Having a voyage of discovery! Bought this after a recommendation from a friend and I have now been using for a month. Massive improvement in neck and shoulders and other areas. Vicky Wang at customer service was extremely helpful and spot on with the advice she gave.
My PC didn't recognize the AhA Halo as being connected, so I couldn't download any additional programs.
Thanks to her, my computer now recognizes the USB connection and I'm able to proceed.

I got my 2 devices last week. They run now for the whole family. It is really easy to download the needed Software and very easy to navigate in this software for the perfect treatment with the aha halo. The delivery was fast, I had a problem with my local post office, but Leo from the aha halo support team helped me a lot to get my two devices . The support is always friendly, fast and very good. Responsive service to help me transfer it to my new computer. Helpful by providing me with in person support and specific resources. I enjoy my Aha halo so much.

I contacted customer service who were very responsive regarding delivery time (took just under three weeks to the UK over Christmas period) and through online chat Cheryl talked me through getting it connected on my iMac as I am not the most tech savvy person. Device seems to be a great holistic health support and I feel is helping manage arthritic pain and general wellbeing, helping promote a feeling of calmness in my body. It also seemed to help with protection from nasty colds etc running through our family - I had it on immune support and ran the sinus and nasal and head/throat discomfort and managed to stay mainly healthy despite socialising at Christmas. Very happy customer..
