Poor delivery service.
I thought id try this website as the prices for the items I need a really good. I had to wait a while for the items to be delivered only to receive an email stating one item was late would be in at the end of the week. I replied as these things happen and awaited the delivery. When it came it was missing the item they said they were waiting on!!! I have today collected the outstanding item. The only positive is there customer service person seemed sincere in her apology.

Top service - Best price & lightning delivery.

Fantastic customer service!
When the fish tank I ordered arrived, the kids were super excited but unfortunately the box had been bashed and the fish tank was cracked. Straight on the phone to an amazing lady at Agribarn who sent another one out the same day. I posted the cracked tank back and was refunded the postage, couldn't ask for more really, would order from them again and recommend them to friends.

Very slow delivery
The product was excellent as expected from Hoggs of Fife and the price was great. What let the company down was the 9 days delivery time. I have ordered some more of the same trousers in a different colour from a different company for the same price but who deliver within 3 days of ordering and with free postage It's a shame as I like to be a loyal customer where I get good service.
