Horrible customer service
I purchased a pair of pants from this company and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. Ive sent 2 emails and no response. Horrible customer service. I definitely do not recommend.

I received to pants but they were too…big
I received to pants but they were too big. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, but I have received no response to 3 e-mails I have sent to customer service. I tried using the exchange function on their website. I put in my order number and it said that it isn’t valid. I am going to have to dispute through my credit card company. Horrible experience

Still waiting for my promised shipment
I made an order to Agogie on January 12, 2025. The order number is, worth AED584.00 with shipping cost AED331.00, the total is AED877.72 or about 238.97 United States Dollar.
I ordered 4 pants and promised a processing time between 2-3 days and shipping about 10 days.
Until today, I have not received any update on my order, whether it is processed or shipped or anything.
No communication from the company when I sent them emails asking about the order. I want to cancel my order and a refund for this order if they can't fulfil their promise.
I expect them to communicate with me at the very least. Very bad company, I would even say them as a scam.

Awful customer service. I returned the pants and they have not refunded me ($130!) and they will not respond to multiple emails asking where my refund is. Scam company- beware!
