Disappointed
Website was easy to use, but EVRI the delivery company were absolutely useless, they took a long time to deliver, and delivered it to a bungalow down the road. On those grounds I will not use Age Co Incontinence again.

Great advice, great product.
I was advised when an out of stock item would reappear, and was given a date 2 or 3 days later. On the exact day I was able to order it. Very speedy delivery and the product has performed just as it was supposed to.

Good service, except for other trading names
Generally speakiing this purchase of a large chair mat went very well, product arrived safely and in good time. However I was confused by the use of other trading names than Age Co/Age UK, and this is the reason why I've downmarked the score by 1. In this day and age the use of too many names is not conducive to confidence.
