Shame of italy part 2

A company that still works in the time of the dinosaurs. Moved from a European country to Italy. Brought my trailer under 750 kg, so I went to agenzia entrate to get a numberplate for it. In any other European country you go to a random shop, you show
them your plate and they make a copy. In italy not possible. Because italy isn't Europe. So went with all my papers to agenzia entrate, it took them 2 years, to finally tell me that I can't get plates because they don't know the papers of trailer and they can't help me. How stupid and lazy can you be. They were very rude and disrespectful. A real shame. But as everybody knows, all the gouvernement organisations are full of old grumpy dinosaurs. Hight time that they go with a huge broom through that old stinky bureaucracy.

Customer care…..mmmm?

We got a letter from the agenzia to inform us that there was an unpaid Bollo from when we bought a new car. Unlike the UK you CAN drive a new car off the forecourt without it being taxed. We made an appointment and a very helpful man told us we can pay it in 6 installments and apply on line. We did this but as we did not have a PEC so our application was refused. So we made another appointment to see them in person. When we arrived for the appointment we were greeted by by a man dressed as a mountain climber who behaved like the manager who was far too important to deal with us. He told us that we had the wrong type of appointment (which was for payments) but as we were obviously stupid he would allow us to see someone. Who sorted out our payments perfectly. The staff are great but the management need to understand what customer care is about.
