If I could rate Agent Elite and Kiley…

If I could rate Agent Elite and Kiley 10 stars, I would.
I am writing to share my exceptional experience with your company, specifically to recognize Kiley for her outstanding support. I have been with Agent Elite since 2022, and it is because of representatives like Kiley that I would not consider any other IDX provider.

Kiley is incredibly attentive, caring, and helpful. Rather than asking me to simply submit a ticket, she takes direct action to ensure my website is constantly improved and enhanced. Her expertise and kindness have truly touched my heart, and her assistance has elevated the hard work I put into my site.

Agent Elite clearly understands that retention is built on relationships. The care you show to real estate agents is the greatest testimony a company can provide. I am grateful for my partnership with Agent Elite and specifically for my professional relationship with Kiley.

If anyone is looking for an IDX company that truly works for them, I highly recommend Agent Elite.

My Personal Experience with Agent Elite

I'd give them no stars if I could.. Based on my personal experience, this company has not met my expectations. I was contacted repeatedly by Cameron Mitchell in March 2024 after he found me online through my company website. I agreed to hear his pitch, and he sounded knowledgeable. In essence, he said my brokerage website would not bring in leads, that the SEO was poor, that no one would be able to find me, and that the brokerage “owned” my site. He also promised to personally work with me to build out a new site, help me develop my brand, and bring actual leads that would increase my business. On that basis, I decided to give Agent Elite a try.

For six months, I followed Cameron’s guidance closely. I blogged every day, produced a significant amount of content, and met regularly with him as well as with Dean and Blake. During this period there were multiple site problems on their side. At one point, my domain was down, so no one could access the site at all, and when the site was reachable, I observed traffic redirecting outside the country. Cameron and I were in frequent contact by text, email, and phone, often daily.

After six months, I was still not showing up on Google for searches in any areas, including the two states where I am licensed. When I asked Cameron when I might expect to see results, he told me I was doing a great job and should start to see something. What I did receive was spam: near-daily messages claiming I had “leads,” which turned out to be contacts from outside the United States using my form to tell me my site was not good and that they could build a better one. To date, nearly two years later, I have not received a single genuine buyer or seller lead from this site.

When I requested a refund, communication became even more difficult. It took months for anyone to get back to me, and I struggled to find anyone with authority to resolve the issues. Eventually, Cameron connected me with Liz Cetera. He told me Liz had been a supervisor for years. My understanding from subsequent conversations is that this was not accurate. Liz reached out stating she wanted to help resolve my concerns and discuss a refund, but our calls focused largely on selling additional products. Each call lasted over an hour. She asked me to provide emails, which I did, and said she would return the next week with a resolution. When she did get back to me last week, she again offered another product and said she needed to conduct more research before she could give me an answer. I declined any new products.

During our calls, I felt the discussion was being reframed in a way that minimized my concerns. Liz also stated to me that everything Cameron had told me was untrue and that he should not have said most of those things because he is “just a sales rep.” During our final conversation, she said she did not want to listen to me “rant” and ended the call.

Last Friday, another representative who identified himself only as “John” called me. In my opinion, his tone was rude and condescending. He told me he would provide only a credit if I agreed to remain a customer, and that the credit would be spread across seven months. When he accused me of lying, I ended the call. I then sent two emails to the owner, Justin Hancy, and have not received a response.

Separately, my price was raised without notice, despite an earlier written message from Cameron saying I would be “grandfathered” and that my price would not increase. As a result, I was charged an additional forty dollars per month for at least seven months and was told originally by Liz that she would refund me this portion however, John said he would only issue that credit if I stayed a customer and even then.. he would spread that out over 7 months so essentially holding my money hostage that they had no right to take in the first place.

Being told by an Agent Elite representative that Cameron’s statements to me were untrue is deeply troubling. At a minimum, I feel the sales experience was not aligned with the outcomes I was led to expect. If you are seeking meaningful, qualified leads, my personal experience has been that the contacts I received were spam and that site and service issues were persistent.

To date, I still am not showing up on searches on google etc... at least when I was using my site through my own company, I was showing up on google... I would never ever refer anyone I know to Agent Elite

This is an awful company

This is an awful company. The websites are slow and outdated. My website took 20+ seconds to load at times. Unprofessional and not helpful staff. Realtors stay far away from this garbage company.

Frustrated with companies that don’t take accountability

Here's a revised version that incorporates the additional details:

I wanted a specific service and was initially convinced by how amazing their product was. However, they weren’t prepared to fulfill my original request, and I ended up using a platform that provided a service I didn’t originally want. I paid an initial fee and the first month’s charge, and while they did get a website up, it wasn’t the type of website I wanted nor the original product I wanted—I had to settle for what they offered. They were not prepared. So I the consumer who doesn’t know better and not an expert on building sites or landing pages is the one that has to deal with it and lose time and money.

Hello All

Hello All, I tried this service for a 6 month Trial period, and of course the re occuring payments kept being process after my 6 months. I called in also asked them to stop billing me, and disputed these charges with the Bank. I just received the contract and the Bank information and they will not back the claim and so I paid additional $795.00 for this useless website! I would not sign up with them at all, they switched me with another Client Concierge and all it was that it was the same old stuff, so service level and website help was a joke! I would not sign up with them if you are thinking of this. Liz Cetera, said I will get your money back to you! The cancellation process was aweful at best, took them 4 months to cancel me, as they said i didnt give them proper notice, in which I did. I normally dont write reviews and normally this kind of stuff is bad business and but i certainly dont want anyone to sign up with this service and feel it is a great service.

Beware and Be Careful!!!

Unfortunately, this company is very disorganized and does not fulfill the contractual arrangement made when they are taking your money. I have been literally wasting time and money having conversations with them just to get a refund and an answer as to why they did not perform as they promised and sold their Energize RE package (in which I have been asking for a copy of the actual package but can't see to get a copy of ) to me which was $399 plus fees to sign up and $254(plus some change) for 6 months. I have been back and forth with them to be refunded and/or to resolve a dispute I placed with my bank and today I was told repeatedly that it would take 6 - 12 months for them to just perform on the Organic SEO portion of the package. According to her research and timeline, the website was active and live May 26, 2023 and have started to propagate at that time. After Andrea gave me her education guess, after thoroughly reviewing my file and the phone calls had with other staff (that she could not access all of a sudden once on the phone), as she stated since they cancelled my account on the 29th of June when requested they do so, it so called automatically locked her out as well. I forewarned all that I spoke to that I am not someone that is tech illiterate, and my sons are in IT.

Andrea at one point called to let me know that they were having tons of internal issues in the office, however they have addressed such and have done some new training and reorg to make things better and hoped that I would consider giving them another opportunity. When this was expressed, I asked that she do a thorough account of my file and all the conversations had before she came back to me with how she wanted to proceed.

She then proceeded to offer me two options; 1) Receive two months of free hosting fees and Start Fresh. 2) Part ways amicably and they would waive my buy out of $1,152.76 (which is 4 months of service and some fees). In exchange for me to remove disputes and reviews online.

There are several articles out there that read the contrary to the 6 - 12 months to get the organic SEO going, although this was not my only concern and grip about their lack of work. They also do not answer calls and have no emails to truly respond to. I have since retrieved their legal filing and registered agent and I suggest you do the same if you have been taken advantage of by this company. I personally am sick of companies like such trying to take advantage. We work too hard for our money and if I want to waste it, it would not be on this.

If there is someone of a higher position than Andrea and you would like to resolve this issue before I take it to court, please contact me immediately.

Do NOT Use Agent Elite - It is a Rip Off!

I am writing this complaint to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Agent Elite, Inc, based in CA. And I want to warn other fellow realtors to steer clear of their services. I am a hard-working realtor who hired them to create and maintain my business website a few years ago. Right from the very beginning, I found several errors on my website, which included spelling mistakes, inconsistent fonts and spacing. They were all careless and effortless errors. I find it embarrassing and unacceptable to have to correct their spelling and grammatical errors in my professional business website. Most importantly, the communication from Agent Elite has been extremely poor. My website was left alone with no changes. Once in a while when I requested to upload my video testimonials or make the slightest change to my website, I had to follow up with them several times. I paid $220.95 each month for such subpar and mediocre service. I considered this to be a necessary expense. However, I did not expect to receive such poor service in return for my hard-earned money. The service that I received from Agent Elite has been nothing short of a rip-off. I reached my limit on 4/3/2023 when I sent two Youtube client testimonial videos which Agent Elite failed to acknowledge. I followed up with them again on 4/7/2023, and when I still received no response, I finally decided to terminate their services on 4/10/2023. Only after 4/12/2023, Agent Elite began to send me several emails, with a bunch of excuses, to let me know they uploaded my videos and threatened me with a collection agency when I disputed the $220 payment for April 2023. I have attached photos to this complaint to demonstrate the poor quality of work that I received from Agent Elite. It is obvious they just uploaded them in hurry, (probably only after they read my termination notice on 4/10). As always, they just loaded with no attention to details and did not pay attention to the spacing and how this will appear to the public. Agent Elite even uploaded the same video twice! They simply do not care. Would you pay $220 for this garbage? I refuse to pay $220 (for a week, from 4/1/2023 – 4/10/2023) for such subpar work. I hope that Agent Elite takes this complaint seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their services. I am not only extremely disappointed with their service on my website, I am also very upset with the service I have personally been receiving since I signed up with them. I want to warn other realtors and individuals not to use Agent Elite’s services for their website. You will be just wasting your money with a lot of aggravation. The only thing they will receive in return for their hard-earned money is aggravation!

Agent Elite Website Services is terrible.

Agent Elite Website Services is terrible. This service, like all the rest it seems, presents itself like it's awesome and the next thing since slice bread. I had a 4 month Contract, gave them 6 months, received 27 leads, one of them was the original lead from them setting me up and showing me how to use the lead program. Of the 26 leads, 0 are viable leads. IWhen I canceled, they say, "do to the terms and conditions you have to pay for another 30 days". Like it's some sort of Gym Membership. I asked a supervisor to call me, 2 weeks later I finally hear from an Account Supervisor to ask me why I was canceling. When I explain that the leads provided aren't good leads, even their own system rates them a 1 star out of 3. Her reply, "You can change how many stars it has." I asked her why would I increase the star count to 3 if it's not a good lead? Silence. This is just another scammer service ripping Agents off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU CANCEL!!!!! Save your Money and don't use Agent Elite.

Agent Elite Was Terrible...

Agent Elite made great promises in their "pre-sale", and even showed me some mock ups of what I could expect. Once I signed up, the website they produced looked pretty good, but it ended up being very deceiving. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator, and they put a large "Apply Now" button on the page, which did not do anything to actually start an application, causing people to end up having to enter information at least twice. They also promised to provide landing pages to do property advertisements with my realtor partners, but when I requested they do one, it took over 3 months for them to produce one. Of course, this is useless, as properties are typically under contract in a week or so in our market. When the landing page was completed, I did not even use it because I was embarrassed to send anyone to it. It looked like it was put together by an elementary school student with 2 days of HTML instruction.

I called to cancel my account, and they said that I had a contract, and they couldn't cancel early, even if they hadn't provided what was promised. An account manager named Sam told me that they had had a lot of issues, and that many accounts had been canceled in the last month, causing them to get into trouble...so he couldn't do anything for me even though he "completely understood where I was coming from". In essence, I was told that they were going to take my money and there was nothing I could do about it.

I am also a real estate agent. Since Agent Elite is built on servicing first RE agents, and then Mortgage Loan Officers, I will tell everyone I know in both of those industries to steer clear of this service. While it had great potential, they failed at every juncture to provide what they claimed they could and would provide. No one should spend money on this useless service.
