There was a three for two offer on the website. I was ordering three but before fully checking out I mailed them to ask about the offer as it appeared to be trying g to charge me for 3 not two. They confirmed the offer but when I ordered it still charged me for three. I messaged back and was told to pick a phone case to make up the difference. I don't want a phone case. However in the meantime they have taken my money out of my account, have not sent the goods despite being contacted 3 times since. It is now mid May and that was in January. I want my money back. I've asked for it but got no answer. I now have to go to my solicitor as they cannot getaway with this fraudulent activity. AVOID

By 24 April no delivery, no response to email, messages, calls, voicemail
Now seeking a full refund

I placed an order on the website on April 5th.

The instructions said I would receive it in 5-7 working days. It’s now April 20th and there is no sign of my package!

Every time I check my order on their website it just says my order is being prepared.

I have emailed many times and no one cares to reply about the status of my order.

They have conveniently taken my money, and not honored themselves to send my product nor do they care to even reply to me.

I’m extremely disappointed and sad that business like this exist!

Avoid this online store at all costs and save yourself!
