The product was great but the after…
The product was great but the after sales sucks.
They cannot be contacted and cancellation is so difficult. And the ONLY reason I cancelled was because they were sending me two bottles a month instead of one. I just wanted to clarify but I was so frustrated I gave up and cancelled. Then I couldn’t find anyone to speak to - except an email that I could click on but it doesn’t respond to my queries. And then when I sent two emails to cancel - they would neither confirm or deny my email. The delivery just stopped - no thanks for your feedback or can we help ? Really - you guys need to wake up ! Your arrogance will be your Achilles heel.

I'm a returner & the new bottle is dribble free!!
I'm a returner! I.e. I stopped taking AM then realised, after a month or so, that I felt worse so I resubscribed!! It says a lot, because it's expensive for me, but the day long energy it gives is even better than creatine. I also want to say a massive "thank you" because originally I posted on Facebook how I dribbled it everywhere when drinking from the bottle. I had a lot of replies agreeing with me. So imagine my joy when upon resubscription my new bottle comes and it's totally re engineered!! The lip of the bottle, ie the thread where the lid screws on, has been changed so there's a channel to allow liquid flow into your mouth and I think two instead of three ridges. Anyway it works wonders and it is amazing to see Customer feedback in action!! Delivery is prompt and I love that there is no excess packaging..the tub fits the box exactly. The other thing is that it tastes absolutely gorgeous and gets m hydrated first thing in the morning, unlike all my other powdered supplements which taste pretty gross and I tend to put off taking lol

Age Mate are true to their word
Age Mate are true to their word. I altered delivery not a problem, just received next container, not sure if it’s mind over matter, I do regular exercise at 72 I feel maybe 40, very fortunate to be well and Age Mate is an added bonus.

Website was easy to navigate and goods arrived in perfect condition and promptly. Too early to comment on the results of the product itself, but the flavour is good and easy to take. Thank goodness there is a perfect measuring scoop with the product.
