Been asking for 3 month about the kickstarter watch the Manta turbullon. I've sent then easily 7 emails, and not one time have they bothered answering me, obviously they are not professionals, emagine spending 3k on this watch and get zero service

What a terrible company!, clearly rip people off. No response from the so called “customer support” team when e-mailed. Ordered a watch strap and waited for over a month for it, never came and seeking a refund now from these morons will be like draining blood from a stone! Impossible! Very angry.

Bought a Tourbillon watch through their Kickstarter campaign. It was listed for about 46% cheap. When they released it in the market later through their own website, it was on 50% discount. Whats the point in releasing on Kickstarter just to grab customers and then later on release on their website for much lower price? Scammers

Would not bother with this company, the watch itself is nice but the company are shady and will not help in any way with any issues that arise, they hide taxes and customs on there website so that you have extra ton pay on arrival, then falsely declare the amount on it and get it flagged by customs for you to then pay more, I then paid for extra strap and was supposed to get a complimentary strap in which I did not get and when I questioned about both they acted as if I was wrong for the customs for not seeing a tiny piece of text that they had, that doesn’t even mention extra fees and then a computer issue that meant the extra strap was a mistake on there end but basically couldn’t give a duck about resolving the issue, they are horrible to deal with, dishonest and you should avoid like the plague

Wouldn’t bother trying to buy a watch from this company, they can’t even get the postcode right! I had several emails asking if my postcode was correct as it didn’t show up on their database, I have a standard uk postcode which has been registered for over 60 years, and never had trouble with any other company at all, they kept sending me messages with digits added to my postcode therefore making it incorrect, and then saying they can’t send the watch as the postcode is wrong! What a disaster of a company if you can’t even just copy the address which was used via PayPal when the order was placed.

Shipping time is very long. Its been 25 days since ordering and all I am told is to be patient. Tracking poor and inaccurate. Shows a flight time of 9 days. They need to improve their logistics. Will update if/when I receive the watch.

Absolutely gorgeous watches, reliable communication, flexible in shipping and each of my demands was answered and processed fast and correctly. I was a bit worried in the beginning as this Chinese brand was not known by me, but as I have the watch in my hand already, I'm fully satisfied.
