Rose gave me a nice starting look. I told her my needs and I think that she did a good job.

Was wary about meeting with a stylist via chat, but it was actually a good experience. The questions were relevant and required thoughtful response, and I think that really helped her pick out a great outfit for me!

Asked questions to find out my preferences. Took time to find my size when first size was in question.

Polly picked out the perfect outfit! I wasn’t sure doing this over an app/text, but she was terrific!! Looking forward to the next meeting

Just had my first consult and it was very helpful. Helpful enough that I'll be back for my 2nd in a month. I got some ideas of ways to use items in my current wardrobe, along with options for some really great additional pieces!

It was OK. My consultant was very nice, which is always a good thing. She basically changed the colors of a specific style I said I liked. Not really impressed, specially after saying that I am an adventurous kind of dresser and like vibrant colors. In summary, the look I was given I could have got from purchasing all the items a model would be wearing in a fashion catalog.

My session with Sofi was great. She spent a lot of time with me, listened to my needs and wants, I was willing to change up my look at number of times. I was able to find some good things that are outside the box of what I would normally wear. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because, a lot of the items were just pricey. But she did help me look in the direction of less expensive stuff as well.

They get your payment info through the $.99 deals, then you're locked into a $49.99 automatic monthly payment "access" fee. I guess for the "privilege" of browsing their site.

I was really pleased with my stylist! She was kind and thoughtful and listened to my preferences. She found some great pieces for me and changed things to meet my needs.
I wish I'd known more about what I was getting and signing up for when I signed up--I was feeling kinda scammed at first as I kept paying for different things--but my experience with my stylist was excellent. I really like that I know where to find and purchase the items she put into my look. I can buy those or look for similar items, or wait for sales, which will allow me to upgrade my wardrobe over time as my budget permits.

My stylist ( Charlotte) was a great help not only in comimg up with a great look but also helping solve tec insues. She was kind, profesional and knew her stuff.

With Lumi I had discovered my personal style and what type of clothing would look good on me. The Quiz and talking to the stylist helped also

I met with my stylist and perhaps she didn’t have access to my answers on the colors I preferred but the first option she gave me was white (a color I never wear) and then we went through another two options, the last option being the exact style I told her I wanted to move away from and then she terminated our session. I didn’t feel like my stylist listened to me and I don’t see the value in the service. She was more interested in getting me to sign up for another month of styling then making sure I actually liked the service. Not impressed.

The stylist really listened to what my style goals were, and offered to tweak a design, if it wasn’t what I liked. I didn’t have to do that, but it’s nice to know that they are willing to make any changes you feel are not to your liking.

It was my first time trying this and the phone interface which was challenging for me.

I thought the people working the order tried a lot but the interface sucked and dropped me often. The end suggestions were an over priced come on.

I had a lovely chat with Holly, she appreciated my comments and what she came up with was a lovely outfit. I can’t wait to implement in my wardrobe
