Lack of Communication
Having hitherto been unable to resolve a scrolling issue on embedded items via Wix Support, they recommended that I contact one of their "Trusted Professionals". Of the ones they recommended, AGB Computing was unfortunately the one I contacted. After outlining the issue in an email to Alfie Garratt he replied to say that he hoped it would be an easy fix and that he would look at the problem for himself later that day. He also requested further details, which I provided by return, After 4 days I had received no acknowledgement so I emailed him again .....still no acknowledgement. After a further 2 days I booked an "initial telephone consultation" for 4pm the following day via the automated system on their website. This was confirmed, but the call never came. A further 3 days later I sent another message via their contact page requesting some/any form of contact. I an still waiting. Now I know that they might might be very busy or may even consider my request to be unworthy of their consideration but this is an appalling way to treat a potential client who would not be unwilling to pay their fees.
