Andy came out quickly after a recommendation from neighbour. He listened to our wishes whilst incorporating his own ideas of how we could achieve this. He was patient with questions we had and made small changes when asked. Would recommend to others. Planning granted in April 2026 with no issues

Highly recommended! Andy attended our property promptly and produced an amazing set of internal and external drawings. We asked for a quite a few revisions based on us changing our minds and these were accompanied with updated drawings with a super fast turnaround. Andy also guided us through and submitted all planning aspects which was incredibly useful and helpful as this was our first time dealing with the council planning department. Recently had some architectural drawings completed by Andrew. He was super responsive and was very helpful and supportive in making changes and amendments as plans developed and changed. The quality of his work is superb and he is very efficient with the drawings and acting as the agent for the planing application. We could not recommend his services more. Excellent - we would definitely work with him again in the future.

I enquired on a local surveyors directory website looking for someone to draw up plans for a side return extension. Andy got back to my enquiry promptly with in an hour and was really clear and transparent with his cost and services which was a big plus for me. We got together a week later to discuss ideas and Andy provided me with 3 options which was great. Once I decided on the final version Andy took care of filling out and submitting the planning application paper work which took all the stress out of it for me. Would highly recommend Andy’s services.

Andy was knowlegable and helpful throughout, great commuication, speedy service always happy to help and offer advise. Andy attedned promptly, measured and drew up the existing property.
We discussed ideas and Andy drew up proposed plans then submitted for planning these were quicly appoved ahead of advised time frame.

He went out of his way to explain to my elderly father the process which made the management of the design of my father's garage conversion/ project easier. He delivered the design quickly and even help us to submit our application online. We can’t thank Andy enough for his work ethics and he absolutely listened to our request, particularly when he came to discussing our project. His pricing is very good and he has over 25 professional experience. I would recommend this company to everyone regardless of whether your project is big or small.

Well first of all I didn't realise that this service was a profession without having to engage an architect with all that extra expense. So although less expensive as no swanky city centre offices, I could not be happier with Andrew. He guided me through the process, corrected my own misunderstandings with grace, and offered an incredibly professional service. The speed and efficiency was off the scale as he actually worked on a bank holiday for us without extra charge. His courtesy and helpful manner topped off the whole experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5 star plus

From the moment Andrew came to my house he understood exactly what we wanted took all the measurements and drew up some plans after my wife changing a few things around Andrew amended the drawings to suit no questions asked great job and would recommend him highly

Excellent service from start to finish, friendly with regular updates and outstanding value

All I wanted was to know how much is my build going to cost and will council approve my extension. Every architecture firm I contacted tried to push me to get unwanted structural design plans done from them.

Fortunately, I found Andrew’s firm. He told me all I needed was the planning stage drawings to apply for councils permission. Saving me more than 60 percent of the cost.

Andrew drew up the plans without even taking a penny as a deposit in under a week. He submitted the application for me in 2 weeks flat and was there to answer every question along the way. Also proactively followed up with the council while they were dragging their feet through the process.

Also, I was able to send around the same drawings to get quotes from builders.

Now that I have received the council's permission I can’t wait to get started with my extension.
