I have been trying to contact Aftrmarket about a controller that I bought that is really glitchy, but the website isn't working and no reply from the seller. :( It cost me £899.99
This is an absolute joke

Absolutely shameful company. I was given a faulty refurbished Xbox Series X, returned the product back to them over 3 weeks ago now and have received no communication regarding my refund which I am still waiting to receive.

Do NOT use this company for anything

I have returned a xbox series x exactly a month ago. I have emailed customer support many times since about my refund status and have been blatantly ignored every time. I want a refund for the items I have returned. Absolutely shameless.

Website doesn’t recognise my order number. I’ve effectively paid for something that I can’t get an update on regarding delivery. It’s been a week now. With one very flimsy excuse received by email.

And to top it off, I can’t get klarna to recognise this as a dispute because I can’t cancel an order that doesn’t exist.

Do not buy from this website.

Zero communication from Aftrmarket.com regarding my order, or the shipping which was meant to be tracked (but I wasn't able to track it). It turned up late. I ordered an Xbox refurbished - they have not refurbished it so also falsely advertising their products. It's utterly filthy inside and the controller has someone else's skin sludge around the buttons. Grim.

I recently used Aftrmarket to purchase and trade some tech items. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The delivery was quick, and the customer service team was communicative and helpful in resolving my concerns. The process of trading in my old device went smoothly, with payment arriving promptly once everything was confirmed. While I had some minor issues with communication timing, they were addressed professionally. Would recommend Aftrmarket and would use them again. Four stars!

I ordered a refurbished PS4 and the first time I plugged it in an error message appeared saying it doesn't work as some issue with the hard drive. Emailed Aftrmarket with Order number, and photo of issue - they responded asking for the order number. So I immediately replied with the order number again and heard nothing for a week. Sent another email with same info - they replied saying they'd send a return label and asked what's the issue. So I replied again, stating the issue (for the third time) and saying yes please send me a return label. Two weeks later still nothing. Have just emailed them again with a recap of our previous correspondence and reiterated all the necessary info. Just received a reply saying 'sorry I missed your previous emails what's the issue'. I'm beginning to wonder if it's actually a person I'm speaking to or if there's just a load of generic auto responses set up because surely no-one can be that stupid?! Have tried several times to call their phone number and no response. Who knows whether I will get a refund or not. Fortunately I paid through Klarna so hopefully can go through them somehow. Just do not bother using this retailer they're utterly useless.

Bought a JBL ReflectFlowPro earphones from them in November as Christmas present for my daughter. When she opened it in the day, found it in an absolutely disgusting state with hair and what looked like earwax!!!
I have not experienced anything like this at all buying from a second hand website. This is utterly unacceptable. I have given them a month and have not heard a word! I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can get a refund! Unbelievable!
(Unfortunate I could not post photos here! As of this writing, I have managed to get someone to have a chat, they keep insisting it was sealed and should be brand new! This was not the state my daughter found it when she unwrapped her Christmas present!)

Bought Xbox Series X that did arrive slightly late but was in good condition. Issue with a cable sorted via customer service. Thanks!

Amazing from start to finish! I enquired about trading in my DJ decks....within an hour I had an email back with a very good trade in offer. I sent the item to them and within 90 mins of it being delivered by Royal Mail, they had transferred the money into my bank account! I dealt with Will, who is an asset to the company. Well done guys! I'm very impressed!

I found them very trust worthy snd they offerd me a fair price and they kept in contact with me until the funds were transferred into my bank I highly recommend to anyone and I will be using these again in the future

Ordered a camera for my son’s 18th - he was over the moon! Quick delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Ordered a ‘refurbished’ camera which didn’t work properly when it arrived so I returned it. I paid via PayPal but the company now claim that their systems are down and someone claiming to be from the company has been sending me WhatsApp messages asking for my bank details, which I have told them repeatedly I am not comfortable to give out to someone messaging from a random number.
Have been left with no choice but to open a case with PayPal to attempt to get my money back.

I brought what I though was a refurbished Apple Watch SE for my sons birthday ,when it arrived ,we tried to set it up and found it belonged to someone else, so the watch is useless ,and is defiantly not reconditioned ,I should have got it from backmmarket ,they even had the cheek to ask me did I wan't to return the watch ,what do they think that I am going to keep it when it belongs to someone else and can't be unlocked by me .

I placed an order for a ps5 for £300 delivery said 1-3 days however my order still hasn’t even been dispatched and I can’t get hold of aftrmarket. Also now the price of the PlayStation has gone up since I bought it to £329 even tho I’ve paid £300 and have the confirmation to say that I’ve brought it so I don’t know why the product is still listed but at a higher price now.

I can’t even be bothered to write about how much trouble I’ve had with this company. They sent wrong package, will NEVER pick up, didn’t even have the item I actually ordered in stock, took over a week to issue the refund even after I had sent the package back a week before. They only sent the refund after I kept calling them until they finally picked up. Do not waste your time buying from them. Go somewhere else.
