I placed my first order with Art From The Heart, and while the delivery initially arrived with several items missing, this was resolved promptly by Ben, who sent the missing items without issue.

However, when I came to use the Hobonichi clear cover included in my order, I found that it had noticeable marks on both the front and back, as well as significant wrinkling. This appeared to be a product defect rather than something caused during storage or transport. I already own a clear cover of the same type, so I am familiar with how smooth it should be and how well it should fit.

I contacted Ben and was advised to gently warm the material or place it under heavy items to remove the creases. I followed this advice, but it did not resolve the issue. I then explained that the problem appeared to be a defect; however, I have not received any further response.

I have since attempted to contact Art From The Heart via email and Instagram, allowing sufficient time for a reply, but have not received any response regarding a replacement or refund.

Disappointing.

Just received my first order - thoughtfully wrapped with a packet of sweets:-) I love this extreme level of service. Now that I've discovered AFTH (I'm a stationery and pen obsessive) I will be back for more.

Just after placing an order on the site I realised that I had accidentally mistyped my email, I emailed the email listed on their site and got a response within an hour fixing this! They were able to resend the confirmation and fixed it for any further emails like dispatch notices

Items were packed with care with a small item being packed within a coloured paper bag so it wouldn't get lost. The order was dispatched quickly too. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Excellent service. I ordered a Midori Hibino 2026 diary just two days ago, and it arrived this morning. The packaging was beautiful and carefully done. It got here in less than 48 hours—amazing!

Great website. I ordered 2 sets of Scribble Sticks, as I have been struggling to find paint / ink that I could use as a background and draw on top of with fineliner pens. They are perfect, even with a 0.05 fineliner. Will definitely order from this company again.

I was looking for a new online stationary store based in the UK, and came across AFTH. I've ordered a few times from their online shop recently (and am awaiting and looking forward to my next order!), and I've been so impressed with their selection, affordable prices, and amazing customer service. One item I ordered was out of stock, but I was promptly informed by email and asked if I would like to swap the item (which I did and asked for a surprise, and I loved the surprise tape they sent!). I will definitely be a regular returning customer for all my stationary and craft needs.

Have ordered online several times - really good choice of pens, stickers etc, excellent customer service and have received my orders quickly. Highly recommend.

I ordered some stationary and a pencil case and it arrived very quickly and in a really cute package. I appreciate the free sweet, very cute idea. All items were correct and they had a lot of options!

I don't usually order items from small online shops, but this was a great experience and I'm looking forward to purchasing another Archer & Olive journal from them in the future.

- The journal arrived quickly (just 2 days later).
- It was well wrapped, in a box with a good amount of cushioning material.
- The price is great. Ordering an Archer & Olive journal from their website directly and paying for shipping to the UK would have cost dramatically more than ordering from AFTH.

Overall a great store that I'd be happy to support in the future.

I ordered a TWSBI Diamond 580 fountain pen from Art from the Heart. It arrived quickly and well-packaged. They'd even gift-wrapped it, which was a nice surprise, and included some Love Hearts sweets, which was a lovely touch. I would 100% recommend and buy from this business again.

The reply to my enquiry was super quick and helpful - I literally got a response in under 1 hour. In addition, the package arrived super quick and on time, was packaged safely, and the products were exactly as described. Could not ask for anything more!

(Also, they gift wrapped my Sailor Winter Rain pen, it was so cute haha)

Thrilled with the safe arrival of my Sailor Pro Gear Slim fountain pens from the Solar Term Series - Hagi and Yuzuyu. They have exceeded my expectations and I’m looking forward to using them. They were beautifully packaged and each arrived with a bottle of Sailor’ Shikiori ink to complement the colour of the pen barrels.

First time ordering from afth and all good - efficient notifications and product arrived in good condition and swiftly. Will order again from here when I can afford it ( prices including postage a little more expensive than elsewhere but probably paying for reliability ).

There isn't a decent art shop near here. Certainly not as good as Art from the Heart. Their range of products is huge and they engage with all kinds of artists and crafters out there supplying and inspiring. I have made many purchases over the years, now I have found my niche I have found that they are far better than I had thought. Keep up the great work!
