Please avoid this company - they unfortunately have a very poor grasp of the English language and do not understand job specifications. They sent a team to my place to clean my terrace without providing the correct job details so they couldn’t undertake any work. Whilst the workers on site were relatively ok, the person (Tanya) in the office has a total lack of manners and professionalism - instead of recognising her mistake and apologise (after all it was her job to quote me the correct hours and I would have been happy to pay more no problem), she sent a very unprofessional and rude email. Avoid at all cost - there are lots of reputable companies providing the same service; these guys are a disgrace

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The issues began with the driver's behavior. Despite clear instructions provided by our porter on where to park within our private road, the driver repeatedly insisted on using guest parking spaces and ultimately left because he refused to park on a spot with a double yellow line. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to follow simple directions caused unnecessary disruption.

It's worth noting that providing parking isn’t typically the responsibility of the client, yet we made efforts to accommodate the driver. The professional approach would be to adapt to the circumstances and follow the guidelines provided at the service location. The driver's behavior was not only unprofessional but also resulted in a complete waste of our time as they left without providing the service.

I am compelled to write this review to inform potential clients of the poor service and unprofessionalism we encountered. I hope this feedback prompts some necessary changes in how services are conducted in the future.

Wouldn't recommend. Booked a deep clean after having building works done via this company to clean two rooms. The company advertises quite thorough and detailed work including scrubbing. The cleaner supplied missed basic details. Whilst the area was wiped over basic items were missed such as

* Not removing gas burners to clean under (twice)
* not cleaning around the knobs on the oven
* completely missing areas of dust on shelves
* not mopping the floor in an area asked for
* Not changing the water while mopping and leaving floors unclean
* Missed cleaning where the door is on the fridge. Open the fridge and dust remains where the door used to be.
* missing dust and debris in all corners of the room.
*causing a stain unable to be removed on a wood countertop.

The company expects you to inspect after work it is completed but if the company supplies cleaners that are sub par it's not going to work. You shouldn't need to point out basic skill issues. Upon complaint they resent the same cleaner back who then had to be followed around the rooms to point out basic things missed. This is a hostile way of doing business especially when the cleaner is angry to be back and muttering under their breath at you while doing the work. As a professional cleaning service they should be able to supply professionals to spot areas missed and clean professionally.
