Having the step by step breakdown and a direct communication line to my builder was awesome, i also appreciated the online building process, tinkering with the cost and performance.

I chose Aftershock to do my first custom rig build recommended by my friend who also had good experiences with them. I found the customer service to be helpful & friendly, received regular email updates throughout the stages and the finished product looks amazing and works wonderfully. The goods are well packaged and the courier used was great. Thank you very much!

Built nicely

Delivery was very quick. However, PC arrived with no foam inside the case, and no power cable. Fortunately I was replacing an old PC, so had a spare cable. Also fortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any damage to the PC.
Looks exactly as advertised.

Ordering the PC was an easy process, I modified an existing build. I was contacted the next day with some follow up questions and that was it. Customer service was quick and easy. The PC was built and arrived sooner than I expected and it has run like a dream ever since!

Purchasing my PC with Aftershock was a great experience. Navigating their website was easy and picking out the parts for my custom build was fun and straightforward even though it was my first gaming PC.
Communication was faultless, I was kept in the loop throughout the building and testing period, and they reached out when they were short on stock for my case and gave me a free upgrade to keep everything on time.

Wish delivery was free. Paying an extra $45.00 is a bit steep, considering such a large outlay. Very satisfied with the product

While disappointed the PC arrived and couldn't connect to my monitor. The support staff were awesome and provided simple error checking advice and solved my issue. Great how to videos which clearly demonstrated how to go through the process. Thank you

Quick and efficient

My daughter picked this PC out for herself and picked all the specs and it’s a Christmas present so she’s very happy and the colour looks fantastic

Took a extra long while to get it but it was definitely worth the rate, I got a powerful unit on my teenager budget and they even upgraded the case for me for free, it looks beautiful and it’s runs my game beautifully right now, ps the pc is also beautiful
