Beautiful book bag and lunch bag. Only thing they are two different colors.

I order the tote Oct 1 and did not come in till Oct 25. It was for my aunt birthday Oct 11. I was just wondering if it comes in late. But she love the tote.

I brought these for my Great nieces and nephew, and they love them. if they are happy their Auntie Lisa is Happy

I had to wait over a month to get my daughter order an when I did get it ..it wasnt what I order I order a bookbag with the matching lunch bag with her name on it I only received the lunch bag

I am disappointed as I placed my order on September 11, 2021 and to date I have not received this order. Initially the time quoted was 5-7 business days after processing. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow and I think that is too long.

Not a good delivery experience. My daughter lunch bag was delivered days before the book bag. Plus the lunch bag was dingy white.

I’m missing a book bag (T”AMMIE) I had to re purchase another bag I would be happy if you could send three lunch bag’s for my son’s in place of my missing book bag then I’ll say five star’s because I believe in what you’re doing I thank you in advance God Bless

Great product and customer service. My daughter loves her back pack. However, I had a issue with shipping which delayed my order for weeks. You may want to use a different shipping vendor.

We had a little hiccup with the shipping. But customer service was exceptional!! They responded promptly and professional to my emails and kept my in the loop and updated every step of the way. My daughter loves her backpack and lunch bag because it looks like her she says. Great products, Great customer service!!! To me, Customer service is everything for a business, and understandably things may not go smoothly. But keeping that line of communication open and pleasant with your customer means a lot. Takes a month lunch bag 2 weeks ago still no book bag

I haven’t even gotten my package yet and it’s been ordered almost a month ago .

Because I have not receive my complete order. I am still waiting on the book bag and the Pencil case.

Never receIved the backpack just the lunch bag.,
