**Stay Clear of This Company**
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The Director, Afolasade Ogunkoya, apologized but did not take responsibility for the mistakes made in processing my order. I ordered a custom-made dress, but what I received was completely different from what I specified. The dress was not made in the style I had requested; the top was made with the wrong material, the craftsmanship was very poor, and it was smaller than the measurements I provided. So it is useless.
Despite these issues, she refused to offer a refund or cover the return postage, insisting that the dress was non-refundable. Fortunately, I had paid by credit card and not by bank transfer as she had requested, which allowed me to initiate a Chargeback and get my money back.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their poor service and unwillingness to resolve serious issues.
