I am writing this review just to give people the heads up on F.L customer service. I placed my order on the .05.01.26. and I have still not received it. I have emailed customer service for an update but have not got a reply. Their site states delivery with 2/5 working days. Not good enough !
Scam products. Received a bottle containing what I honestly think was just rubbing alcohol. Contacted twice, no reply, had to instruct my bank to recover the funds.
Don't buy anything from fragrance lab,I have waited for 2 weeks for my purfume to arrive, and im still waiting. I have contacted fragrance lab via email over 10 times and no-one has contacted me. Fragrance Lab doesn't have a telephone number were you can contact them. So it looks like this website is a fraud.
Bought their Cairo perfume, modelled after Penhaligons Cairo. I found it similar to the original and also long lasting, could still smell it at the end of the day. Delivery was quick, packaging ok but not great
Was sent the wrong perfume, didn’t smell anything like the original. Emailed them 5 times asking for an exchange and had zero response from them!! Don’t bother ordering from this company as their customer service is appalling. Still waiting for an answer…..
Dupes are very close to original scents. Amazing atomiser. The only down side is the won’t last more than 10 minutes. I have bought 2 different fragrances from them and two samples and all of them did not last more than 10 minutes.
