Tried uploading my passport for KYC and the file size is apparently too big, even though it’s only 2MB. Compressed it, still failed. Support said to email it instead which worked, but the upload tool should just work. Wasted like an hour trying different formats before giving up.

Needed help with a payment issue and the chat queue said 5 minutes, but I actually waited 45. By the time an agent responded I had already figured it out myself. The answer was helpful, just took way too long to get there.

The homepage advertised a 100% deposit bonus, but when I went to claim it, the small print said only valid for deposits over 100 EUR. I deposited 50 thinking I’d get 50 free. My mistake, but felt like the big text was misleading.

Some casinos throw window after window when you log in. Here there’s maybe one banner in the lobby and that’s it. Much calmer experience.

I travel for work and tried logging in from hotel wifi in another city. Got blocked with a message about location verification. Had to contact support and wait for them to unlock it. I’m in the same country, just two hours away, feels like overkill.

Lunch break, 30 min on a Pragmatic mid-vol slot at 0.20 stake. Net minus 8 EUR. Site loaded fast on the office wifi. Killed the break, got back to work. The promo banner blocking the lobby for 3 seconds on each load is mildly annoying, would prefer it dismissed once.

pump and dump scheme. every account gets deleted in a days time so they put another domain lol the next day and buy 30 reviews which are not that expensive

I came from a different casino app that crashed constantly. This one in the browser works fine, and their own app hasn’t crashed on me yet either. Just smoother all around. I sometimes forget it’s “real money” because of how stable it feels, so I have to remind myself to be careful, but that’s on me.

I’m lazy and use autoplay a lot, and here it actually respects stop limits. On another site, it kept spinning past my target, but this one stops when it should, both on win and loss. Sounds small but for me it’s a big thing.

Probably one of the best experiences we have had with a graphics designer. We hired him after reviewing 15 other candidates and we were more than impressed by his design abilities and more importantly excellent communication. He always took a "view" on behalf of the user which is imperative when designing a consumer product. I highly recommend him for any project and we intend to continue working with him in the foreseeable future.
