quality seafood with wholesale price. excellent service! I have enojyed the Albacore tuna, salmon fillets, Argentina Red Shrimp, Smoked Sockeye Salmon Nuggets many times. They even fullfill my request of other seafood that are not on their website.

Excellent service and quality
I was in search of a supplier of restaurant quality scallops that were not treated with sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP). It is important to know that most scallops have been treated with this chemical which keeps them plump but makes them impossible to properly sear as they contain too much water.
A Fish Company confirmed that their frozen Hokkaido Scallops were in fact not treated with STPP.
These scallops were very easy to sear and create a nice brown, caramelized surface. The taste and texture was amazing!
A Fish Company was very responsive to my questions and was able to make the delivery in less than 24 hours.
