The best customer service I've received from any company I've ever done business with. I ordered 2 shoe stretchers several years ago. I've not used either for a while but the last time I used one the thread, to widen the shoe stripped away rendering it unusable. I contacted the company and explained the problem. Their response was super fast. They contacted the
manufacturer on my behalf, even though the guarantee had expired. Within a day, the manufacturer had agreed to replace both stretchers, free of charge. This company is clearly held in high regard with their suppliers as well. If you're after a high quality pair of shoes or some accessories, look no further. They're brilliant!

I've always wanted a good set of shoe brushes, but I wanted large brushes instead of the small ones that are usually available and easily slip out of your grasp.
