Terrible customer service
Had to return a parcel due to a mistake on the original order. One month later I’m still waiting for a refund. The reason for the one star review is down to terrible customer service.

We would like to provide some context regarding the delay. When your return was received, the parcel had unfortunately arrived with the box opened and the golf club missing. As the returned item was not inside the package, we were unable to process the refund immediately and had to raise the matter with the courier so they could carry out a full investigation into what had happened during transit. Unfortunately, courier investigations can take some time to complete, and while we appreciate this was a lengthy process, we were required to wait for the outcome before we could resolve the claim. We understand how disappointing it must have been to be waiting for updates during this period, and we sincerely apologise for the delay.We can now confirm that the courier's investigation has been concluded and your refund has been processed for the lost return. We are very sorry that your experience with us did not meet the standard we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience while this matter was being resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

Only prob the club was used at a practice range before delivery and the green stains were still on it .

The recent order featuring golf bag and other items was fantastic. However, the golf bag has had to be restrapped and put bag together today (first time ive used it as it kept coming undone.) I have ordered a replacement strap for the bag.

Chosen by son so I can’t really comment and he hasn’t been given it yet! Delivery good and when expected. Box bigger than necessary but maybe it’s a one size fits all. A square filler with a hole for shaft would keep club still in box which would help
