While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. As die-hard concrete guys, we originally set out to solve a couple simple problems on our jobsite that consistently: wasted time, money, and negatively effected the quality of our work. As we began to refine those prototypes, fellow concrete contractors and independent finishers repeatedly requested that we: "make them one" Over time, we realized there was a gap in the market, and set out to bridge it. Our goals are simple, and our logic is based on a few simple guidelines: #1 - The definition of the word "value" can be boiled down to: "You get what you pay for." #2 - "If it's not broke, don't fix it" or, in other words: We don't try to fix problems that aren't worth the cost of the solution - no gimmicks for profit. #3 - "Perfection is to be strived for, but only integrity is ever achieved" - Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone chooses to accept, and resolve it. We can't pretend to be perfect, or to be the best, but we stand behind our work, communicate with our customers, and proceed accordingly. By keeping our prices affordable, buying from American suppliers, and limiting outsourced labor to local, handpicked businesses - we sacrifice profit, but gain much more in satisfaction, and quality.

When I ordered it said ships in 3-6 business days. It’s been 2 weeks and hasn’t been shipped yet. I was hoping for a fast turn around. Haven’t used my saw because I’m waiting on the guide I ordered.
Been over a week and still hasent shipped
I have not got my order So I order like a month ago and have not had any updates.
Order number: #1614645563)
Ordered in may and have not received. Can’t get ahold of them to get the product that I ordered and they took the money out of my account also so I’m down money and no product I ordered
My product still hasn’t been delivered and I emailed you guys about it and didn’t get a response
The pole adapters do not come with the pictured pole adapater, should really be listed as sold separately, looks like a good product otherwise
I have not received it yet and I have emailed and texted and have not got a response
The estimated delivery date was 3-6 business days and nearing 3 weeks and still the product hasn’t been shipped out yet.
The soff cut guide is absolutely amazing. Just used it the first time this week and right after saw cutting and washing the patio the home owner came outside and said how good and straight the cuts were. I’m good with the machine but this guide is such good quality and beefy.
