I ordered an item on 25 December 2025 and initially I received consistent tracking updates as the parcel moved through each stage. However, once it arrived in Australia, all updates stopped. According to the tracking, the parcel has been sitting at the port since 21 January 2026 with no movement since.
I contacted the company, and they replied that they were “horrified” and would send a replacement. But after that, I received no further emails, no tracking details, and no confirmation of a replacement being shipped.
Repeated follow‑up emails have gone unanswered, and no refund has been provided for an item that was never delivered.
Given the lack of communication, failure to follow through, and no refund, I strongly believe this company is not legitimate.
❌ I do NOT recommend buying from them.
Avoid this company — it appears to be a scam.

Ordered on the 5th February and still have not received my bracelets which were a birthday present which has now passed im really annoyed at this and will not shop through there again very disappointed

I purchased two fountain pens from this shower of cowboys. This was way over a month ago. They finally arrived today. Utter rubbish. Made in China, nuff said. They are way worse than sub standard. I put an ink cartridge in both of them. On pressing the button at the top on one of them, it wouldn't stay down. The second one stayed down but would not retract back up when pressing the button. Also the one which did stay down, on trying to write with it. No joy. Nothing , no nothing it was as if the ink cartridge was empty or the ink had dried up. I would certainly not recommend to anyone to purchase from them.
