We would like to take a moment to share our sincere appreciation for
the extraordinary experience we had in Kenya and Tanzania.

From beginning to end, the organization led by AFFABLE TOURS was truly excellent.
We traveled as a large and very diverse group, with people of
different ages and interests, which could have been a challenge.
However, everything ran smoothly and we consistently felt well taken
care of. The safaris, hotels, food, vehicles, and daily coordination
were all impeccable and exceeded our expectations. Beyond the
logistics, we would like to highlight the human quality, care, and
deep knowledge shared throughout the journey—about culture, history,
nature, and local contexts. Every detail was thoughtfully considered
so that everyone could fully enjoy the experience.
It was, without a doubt, an unforgettable experience, and we are deeply grateful for the professionalism and dedication of the entire team, with particular appreciation for Agoi, whose leadership and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience.

We had an amazing time with the Affable team while in Kenya and Tanzania. Communication before the trip was thorough, and being a group of five, we able to tailor a unique experience that fit into our interests, time frame, and just as importantly, budget! When our plans also included Tanzania, they took care of the logistics there as well, which eased our minds immensely.
Our week with Steve as our driver was lovely. He is an endless font of knowledge, we learned so much more than just about the incredible animals. Hosking and Thomas were invaluable before, during, and after our time in Kenya and Tanzania, making us feel welcome and safe at all times.
If we are fortunate enough to make it back to Kenya, or anywhere in the region, we will be sure to use Affable Tours again!

I was first introduced to Affable Tours and Hosking Agoi in August of 2022, thru a family friend and returned again in August of 2023. I enjoyed both experiences, same friend, different travelers.
This year I returned again in October and this time, with my own small group of 2 and was again very happy to have Agoi as our guide. I can't say enough about the experience with Agoi and Affable Tours. He made sure we were comfortable, informed and having a good time. His knowledge of his country, its history, the animals and birds, the geography and all things Kenya is superb. His kindness stands out, making the trip an amazing experience. When I say kindness, this includes kindness towards his clients as well as all the other people he deals with on our travels. He was great to work with to complete an itinerary I was happy with.
I wanted to add Tanzania (game drives) and Zanzibar to my trip and Agoi was able to make that happen. Everything was set up according to our plan. My group flew to Zanzibar for 3 days then back to Nairobi and more game drives in Samburu, Kenya. We enjoyed Tanzania, (had a Tanzanian driver and Agoi) but I don't think I'll return to Zanzibar (it wasn't my cup of tea).
Agoi's many contacts and skills as a businessman helped make this trip, not only amazing but eye-opening as well. The plight of the Kenyan people is nothing short of sad. It brings tears to my eyes. I'm amazed by their resilience and tenacity to keep positive and determined to survive despite their living conditions and I'm sure some feelings of helplessness.
I will be planning another trip(s), hopefully bringing along others to share in this experience, I will not hesitate to connect with Agoi and Affable Tours for my future trips.

Our recent safari with Agoi was outstanding. His knowledge of plants, birds, and the location of animals is unbelievable. You can tell he loves what he is doing and loves his country. I would highly recommend him to anyone going on safari in Kenya.

Our guide Agoi was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our trip. Ex. his driving experience going from one location(Lodges)to another, his knowledge of the wildlife during all of our Game Drives as well as his outgoing personality! He made us all fell so comfortable in our new surroundings!!

This was truly a breathtaking experience. This is the Only tour company I trust working with. Our driver Agoi was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. He was super knowledgeable and just over all a fun person. I hope to come back and do another tour with him!!!!

This was our first safari and we had an absolutely superb time. The organisation was excellent, and we saw much more than we could have hoped for before the trip.

We travelled in two vans with Agoy and Polycarp as our guides. They were both extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled in, the wildlife that we saw, the local people and life in Kenya in general.

We travelled to several wildlife areas and saw an amazing range of animals and birds. The guides were always very keen to get us to the best spotting areas and we had multiple game drives each day. Their local knowledge and relationship with the wardens meant that we were always in the right place at the right time. As well as the wildlife we also visited several workers co-operatives, a local school and small towns and villages.

The hotels we stayed in were excellent with good food and very comfortable rooms. Agoy is well known throughout Kenya and this helps in getting the best treatment everywhere – in hotels, rest stops, game reserve entrances etc.

We will certainly be going on safari again and it will definitely be with Affable Tours.

We recently completed our second safari in Kenya led by Affable Tours and its founder, Hosking Agoi. Like our first, in 2014, it was an incomparable experience. Our group of 11 traveled in 2 vans from Nairobi to Amboseli Park, thence to Lake Naivasha and, finally, Masai Mara National Park. The Kenya roads had improved over the past 5 years, but we still encountered long stretches of bone-shaking discomfort. Agoi and our other guide, Polycup, proved masters of the road, maintaining their calm and good humor throughout despite our groans. We stayed at top-notch lodges, including Ol-Tukai Lodge, Sweetwaters Tented Camp, Elsamere (the former home of author Joy Adamson), and Mara Serena Lodge.

On our twice-daily game drives, Agoi and Polycup proved to be amazing wildlife spotters, excellent explainers of animal behaviors, and artists in siting their vans for great photographs. In addition to game drives, we visited the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, several crafts makers, a Masai village, and, best of all, a local primary school.

I cannot imagine a better choice to experience a magnificent Kenyan safari than Affable Tours.
