Excellent power stations. The lower price (at the time of typing) compared to the major competitors was a major draw for me. I can't see any drawbacks for the reduced price. The quality is great - it works and works well. I have bought two: the 2048wh and the smaller 240wh. The huge extended warranty suggests they have confidence in their products.

I'm new to the AFERIY brand. I purchased 3 x Nano 100w Power Stations and 2 x SL30W Solar Panels. I'm really pleased with the build quality of items and how long the Nano power station last on one charge. I am able to charge my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra mobile phone four times from empty to full charge. I find that I can pull out the built in USB-C lead enough to plug into my mobile phone and rest it on the top of the power station (flat part). The digital display is easy to read and follow for both the input and output the station is currently doing. The backlit display is perfect for seeing in low or no light darkness, the display is on a timer, so it also turns itself off after a short period of inactivity which is good.
I've plugged in one of the 2 solar panels that I purchased to use with the power banks and it was showing as 01 watt input. This was a sunny day but I will try again another day as I was a bit short on room to get the correct angle. I will give it another go when I have more room to angle the solar panels better to get more sun.

While it weighs around 22 kg and isn’t the most portable option, this is balanced by its good capacity and stability. It’s perfect for home use, in an RV, or as a backup power solution during outages.

Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and powerful power station, especially for situations where frequent transport isn’t necessary.

Purchasing the Aferiy AF-P280 was a game changer. I live off grid and have used lead-acid batteries linked to solar panels for years. This was fine for low energy needs such as lighting or TV but frequent use of generators was needed for pumping, vacuuming, micowaving etc. The Aferiy AF-P280 satisfied these requirements and did everything claimed. After 2 months use I have no issues but there are two things I would mention. One thing is the company advises against permanently linking to solar panels but I have been doing this without any apparent problems. Another thing is for the app to control the unit I use bluetooth. This works ok but the range is limited. I hope the product gives many years of service.

My favorite power station. Great app and get twice the power for about half the cost when on sale. I have purchased three P210's over time.

So far so good I read the low stars and good ones to I've had no issues and I'm very surprised with the battery holding power with my p2800 going camping so injoy

I want to share an honest review based on my personal experience.

The product itself is excellent. The power station is well-built, high quality, and performs exactly as expected. You can tell that attention to detail went into its design and functionality.

However, what truly impressed me was the human quality behind this company.

Due to a mistake on my part, I damaged my power station through improper use. I explained the situation honestly to the company, fully aware that this type of damage is not covered under their warranty. Even so, they chose to help me in a way I did not expect.

They sent me the replacement part completely free of charge and even offered that I could contact them during the repair process if I needed any technical support.

That kind of attitude says a lot about a company. It shows that their main goal is not just selling a product, but making sure their customers truly have their needs satisfied.

This is not a review written just to be polite. It is a sincere expression of gratitude for how they handled my situation and for the respect and kindness they showed throughout the process.

Because of both the quality of their products and the exceptional customer care they provide, I can confidently say this is a company people can trust.

Ordered a P310 from Amazon.

Paid the price it was listed for and entered into a contract with the company to deliver as agreed.

Aferiy decided to cancel the order with no explanation at all.

When I reached out to them they made up some excuse that I had paid less for the item than i was supposed to and offered to sell it to me again at the "correct price". Of course this was a lot higher.

This seems like a scam to me.

All the videos on YouTube for these products are from paid YouTubers or ones that have been sent a free item. It's a shame Aferiy want to rob genuine customers but are more than happy to send £1000's of free equipment to YouTubers to support their scam.
All this for an extra few £££ Shame on you.

Typical chinese after sales non existent!

The unit will not charge properly and there is a warning light. I immediately contacted Aferiy January 5th 2026 and explained the issue as at this point the unit was only 4 months old. Since that time the service I have received from Aferiy has been appalling and the issue is yet to be resolved.
Aferiy have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue apart from stating they are unable to collect the unit until March as they have no cardboard boxes. I offered to post the unit back to them but they would not agree to this. I have now been left with a defective until since 5th Jan - this is not acceptable.
Now they now will not respond to my emails and although I have repeatedly asked to speak to a human I have been unable.

I attempt to purchase products directly from the manufacturer or authorized distributors. If on Amazon, I usually trust “Sold and Fulfilled by Amazon” products. I was searching for a 2400W power backup unit online - comparing all the offerings and such. I saw the Aferiy P210 and read reviews. It was the final days of huge sales over the New Year period and the price was right!
I had decided on Aferiy and proceeded to order a P210 from the company website.
There was a complete package offered- which included the P210, a Solar Panel, and a DC charging cable.
I chose to purchase the P210 and the cable. I proceeded to add to cart.
Although the cart didn’t show me the two items, the total cost was correct.
The checkout goes through Shopify and I used PayPal for the payment.

Sadly, upon arrival, I didn’t receive the cable I purchased. I quickly contacted Customer Service and asked for my item.
After a bit of back and forth with their friendly service team, I was able resolve the matter.
As this is my first experience with the Product and this company, I will definitely watch for signs of product quality and service quality.

I must say, although I believe this mistake was due to the operation of the Website and the Shopify transaction, the after-sales customer service staff provided quick assistance and friendly, patient service.
