Two weeks later my order still hasn’t been dispatched!!!
Update: Company is legit, but maybe didn’t have the physical product in their stock. A bit of a stress when ordering for a specific date! It arrived the day after this review.
Original: Placed an order on the 16th, they replied the day after they didn’t have the colour I ordered, I changed the colour. On the 24th I emailed again and they said it should arrive within 48-hours. 48-hours later, guess what? You guessed it, still not arrived!! It hasn’t even been dispatched!! I think they sell products they don’t have and are not able to get within the time they promise. £300 later, should I just contact my card issuer and cancel this order? Hope it’s not a scam…

Placed an order for 2 items and the following day received a call from a wonderfully polite member of staff to let me know that 1 item was out of stock but more was due in within a few days. I was provided with options on how to proceed and they could not have been more helpful. I was busy working though, so I had to rush off the phone. First time shopping here but on this experience I shall return. Thank you

Orders take a long time to arrive as…
Orders take a long time to arrive as whilst it appears the company holds the stock on their website they actually order it when they receive a customer order so goods take a considerable time to arrive.
Delays in the delivery meant I had to cancel and re-order to a non UK address which resulted in additional customs charges of €157 on an order with a value of €318.
Their customer services were unhelpful when I was asked to pay the additional charges.

What a lovely company to purchase from, which is not my usual experience. Any queries I had with regard to my order were swifly dealt with in the most friendly and helpful manner by Freya a credit to her employers. Nothing was too much trouble and her responses were very quick, my delivery arrived the next day, I will not hesitate to buy from this company again.
