DONT BUY FROM THEM. I bought some items on sale which in their website is referred as " non returnable". No matter what store policy they have the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 states that for online purchases (no matter if they are sale items) you have 14 days to notify the brand and THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT your return. Despite the numerous emails exchange with customer service they refuse to accept my items > this is very unprofessional and unethical, they are overriding the UK Consumer law. Beware of Linen Column Bandeau Maxi Dress in White, literally looks like you are wearing your bed sheet.

This company is terrible and entirely unethical. They do not pay their contractors for completed work and resort to legal intimidation to avoid their obligations.

Order never shipped. Customer support is not responsive.

I bought a pair of jeans, they sent me a denim skirt instead. They refused to refund and wanted me to return it for a credit only, when I had already paid for the jeans that were more expensive. Then, they ghosted so I gave up even though the item they sent me was not what I ordered and considerably cheaper than what I paid. Pretty lousy...

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS. They will not respond to emails. I ordered something 4 months ago and yet to receive the item. I filed a claim with my bank and will continue to pursue and I advise you do the same. Don't let them get away with this. DO NOT buy from them as you will never hear back from them.

BIG SCAM !!! they never send my product I have paid and ordered almost 2 months ago. In beginning December 2023. Never responded to the multiple mail I have send to their mail, they just stole my money. ‼️‼️

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I think all of the positive comments they have in here, must be from friends/people who work at the brand.
BEWARE they do not allow refunds… wish I had thought to look at the returns page, but in the UK customers have the legal right for a refund for any online purchase, so I didn’t think to even look at this. I now have a £400 credit note I need to spend on a website with barely any stock.
The fact that someone said in a review that they arrive nicely packaged is wild too as mine was dumped in a box twice the size it needed to be.
They also sent one wrong item and are still yet to send me the correct item even though I sent back the order nearly a month ago… they are clearly waiting for me to spend the credit note so they can include this correct item with my next shipment so they don’t have to pay for shipping, for an error they caused. Honestly disgusting behaviour! Please do not shop here, worst customer experience of my life.
The item they sent wrong was meant to be a Christmas gift and still haven’t recieved it mid Jan (I ordered it at the beginning of December) hopefully by posting this it will prompt them to email me back.

STAY AWAY, IT'S A SCAM! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, stay away!!!
They are refusing to refund me, and it took them 96 hours to send me the return label (that I also have to pay for) after chasing them with daily emails to send it to me. As the pick up of the return wasn't until the next working day after finally receiving the label they say I am out of their refund window and will only offer me a store credit. STAY AWAY!!

Surprisingly mid-priced brand for sustainable swimwear! Such classic designs that are so flattering! Same quality as bydee swim but more toned down. I had to save but it's so worth it.

The best quality out there. Everything I’ve worn has been so comfortable and is complementary to all body types. There are endless styles to choose from and the customer service is amazing. Can’t wait to see the future collections!!

My favourite bikini is from Aexae! I wear it constantly and always get so many nice compliments. I wear it in the ocean and the pool, throw it in the washing machine and the colour is still perfect.

AEXAE has great customer service and amazing quality products! Love their swimwear and can’t wait to try their clothing lines.

Amazing quality, bought one piece over 2 years ago and it’s still in great condition. More recently got a shirt and the feel of it is just insane, it’s a little on the pricey side but it’s worth it for how long it lasts.

I have placed a few orders with Aexae and it always arrives on time and well presented. The items fit me really well and are made to last - great quality!! Looking forward to the new launch.

They send you the wrong product and don’t reply back to your emails. STAY away from this company, they just steal your money.

The company is unethical, they hire staff and do not pay them for the work that is completed. Aexae is not to be trusted! Please proceed with caution.
