Company not responding to emails and website disappeared - scam
Ordered 2nd Dec a travel jewelry case as a gift but unlikely to arrive

Ordered an embroidery book mid November. Haven't had a tracking update since 22nd November, website disappeared and emails fail to send.
Not expecting to get my parcel, don't order from this company!

'book' arrived this evening. Not what I was expecting, sheets not bound together and not great quality. Was meant to be a gift but won't be passing on.

Awful product eventually received. Supposed to be linen embroidery book with threads. Received folded polyester pieces with no embroidery thread. I'm going through PayPal resolution process though I'm expecting the worst as I think the Aethonuk company has vanished.
I had a reply from Aethonuk (but another name now) asking for photos of packaging info etc but I couldn't send it on replying to their email. That's when I went to PayPal for help.

I ordered but have since been unable to contact the website or get any response to my emails one was delivered but the second one was returned! If I could give zero stars I would!

I want to give no stars as been scammed. Ordered jewellery purses 7 November and still no arrival date and website disappeared! Keep getting promotional emails from them but link takes you to a dud website! So annoying

Have been scammed as well. I was overcharged as well and the stitch books arrived and are awful. Company has disappeared.

I ordered two embroidery stitch books on 4/11/25. The package took approx 4 weeks to arrive and the ‘books’ are nothing like those shown on their Instagram page. They consist of 8 printed pieces of unbound cloth. I had ordered them as presents but they look so shoddy they will not be given.

Placed an order, absolutely no feedback struggling to make contact

I ordered an Embroidery Stitch book and what came 4 weeks later was sheets of printed polyester which was far from a book. They also over charged me initially but refunded rhe difference. Now the website has disappeared!!!

They overcharged me so I complained. I had email contact and to be fair refunded almost all of the overcharge. However, the product has never arrived - I ordered through instagram. AVOID. Now the email/website etc has disappeared. My own fault but just annoying as it was a gift for someone.

Scam! Ordered an item 3 weeks ago, clicked on the “view my order” link in my order confirmation. The website is gone and the tracking information provided is invalid.

I think this is a scam website, ordered a stick book for my mum for Christmas, it wasn’t even stitched together to make a book. Wouldn’t let me go onto the website to complain 😡

I have been scammed. The company has disappeared.

Avoid. Ordered a product which when it arrived was not at all the same as shown in advert. When I asked to return the order they denied any issue and offered me £2 compensation as a goodwill gesture! Frustrating experience.
