It’s brand new and it’s not working I put wax in not heat up at all what me spouse to do now as I’m waxing specialist I don’t recommend this wax this heater .

Was very excited to start using this. Love the “red light/heat” and though I’m determined to persevere with the more intense “roller balls”, it does cause me some discomfort. I think tbh that it’s unfortunate for me that mandibular nerve runs very close to my teeth (I have actually had dental issues because of them) so the close current conductivity is not dissimilar to foil in contact with fillings!! Ouch!! Have to avoid or go carefully!! Otherwise, early days but skin certainly feels taughter and in better condition 😁👍
