I am reporting on my experience with Aesthetic Solutions in Truro. Firstly I found their treatments expensive and not proportionally effective. Secondly, be careful because if you miss an appointment you will be charged! I missed one and was charged £. 50 pounds deposit despite the fact that I explained that I got confused because out of 6, I had only that appointment on a different day. No consideration for customers when you miss a session with Aesthetic Solutions! Their policy is such that will cover their back and financially penalise the customers regardless of the circumstances. Their customer service is very poor, and their staff defensive and unable to treat customers respectfully when in disagreement. Shop around you can find better.
