The customer service is unbelievable

The customer service is unbelievable, product was shipped on the same night of order & kept getting updates throughout the delivery process. Not only practical but looks so good. Everyone that sees it makes comment. Highly recommend.

Satisfying

Initially, I experienced an issue with the postage of my order, which was subsequently resolved satisfactorily.
The shoe horn I received is aesthetically pleasing and complements my entrance door.

The Service/Anna was excellent…

The Service/Anna was excellent informing me of the delivery process. Highly recommend this company that is truly engaged in building their market.
The Aeska shoehorn product was not only of high quality, but more so, it had the quality of a cabinet maker craft as opposed to a factory. Just the right length and comfort for a foot insert.
I ordered both the walnut and oak. Liking walnut wood as I do, the grain is tight, will patina well and very smooth. The oak is even more a reflection of beauty; almost heartwood as the grain has the look of birdseye maple.

More than a month and still have not…

More than a month and still have not received it. SHIPPING FROM CHINA. Sorry but it feels like a humiliation ritual, paying 45$ for a CHINESE MADE shoehorn and waiting for a month to receive it. NO BUT JUST NO.

Slow shipping, have not received

Paid for ‘priority shipping’ and yet more than three weeks later it is still showing as ‘in transit.’ No way to track, no promised delivery date, no product.

I’m sorry, but this is a shoe horn. There are thousands of options out there, many of which you can easily receive within 24 hours. Any company that is planning to spend weeks sending you a product should warn ahead of time.

Ordered items a month ago and no emails…

Ordered items a month ago and no emails or tracking details that are accurate. When I emailed them, they have no response or email with updates. It's essentially radio silence. Going to have to protest charge with credit card company at this point.
