The booking process was very easy as the staff were well trained and could answer questions professionally. They were very helpful and their service really helped us, they balanced everything during a financially difficult time in order to ensure my family and I were able to go and see our family abroad. They let us manage to take our children on holiday after a while.

Very untrustworthy service. Did not keep their word on anything they promised. Came up with covering stories. Service seems to be great until we pay the money.Afterall we had a very bad experience with bookings and traveling.

Tharindu helped me a lot, when I was struggling to book tickets and He tried chose the best way which works for me in a last minute request. I did literally nothing and he did all the arrangements, online checking and all and explained everything in advance what I actually have to do during my travel time.
