Navigating the web site was easy, product descriptions very clear and once chosen the ordering process went without a hitch. Subsequent communication tracks progress accurately. Despatch and delivery were prompt and the product arrived well packaged, in good condition and as described. The PS1 headset audio quality is excellent, the passive noise cancelling is better than expected - almost zero cabin noise (EC45). My only downside is that I also have a secondary use for the headset which requires a microphone connector other than the supplied 5.2mm Jack, and I'm currently unable to source an adapter. That, however, is not the fault of the product or the company, both of which I would unhesitatingly recommend.

Although the site allowed me to order something that was by in stock the service to get the item to me once it was in stock was excellent. Would have given 5 stars if I’d been alerted to the item being on back order when I tried to pay.

This is the best headset you can get for just 140€. Good quality sound, good materials. Definitely, a super investment 😎

I have used the PS1 headset in 3 aircraft, old Cessnas, Sport Cruiser and Piper Cub and it has worked extremely well. I only wish that the comms in some of the aircraft were up to the headset standard.

I purchased a set of Aerotion AS1 early in my PPL training. Throughout my training they have proven to be robust, comfortable and high performing for the price point. The active noise cancelling is a welcome addition to a Cessna cockpit and the clarity is second to none.

The headset sits comfortably, even after a few hours in the air. The batteries last a decent period and whilst the addition of bluetooth is an upgrade I look forward to in future itterations, they do what it says on the tin, and more.

For the price point, you're packing in a lot of performance and I wouldnt hesistate to reccomend Aerotion to fellow pilots and students.

As a new company in a specialist marketplace I had my reservations before trialling the range of aviation headsets from Aerotion. There is a lot of competition out there at the moment, with a vast difference in cost. I am very impressed by the approach this company have taken and their responsiveness, communication, delivery and general approach is first class. As a school, we now have a range of sets, including the PS1, PS2, AS1 and AS2 sets, and are recommending the same to our students and club members looking to purchase their own.

Review of the headsets:

A good headset can make a big difference when flying. Being able to hear communications from ATC and other aircraft is absolutely critical to safe flying. The overall build quality, comfort, how they sound, and microphone operation on the Aerotion range is fantastic. The passive PS1
and PS2 (non noise cancelling) sets are very effective, with great ear cupping design. They are very comfortable to wear, with no protruding features, and I wear glasses without any issues at all. The sets are well built, with good quality hardware, wiring and double jack plugs.

The active AS1 and AS2 (noise cancelling) sets are great. Even with the active element switched off the peripheral sound is deadened due to the design and fit of the sets. Once activated, the difference is VERY noticeable. Battery life is good, with two AA batteries needed just as in the much more expensive sets on the market.

From first communication with Aerotion to plugging in and using the sets on a daily basis, I can only say that I am very impressed by the company and products sold.

Our students and club members have purchased the sets and the feedback I have received so far is positive.

In all, I am happy to recommend the brand, company and equipment to pilots looking for a less costly but quality, practical and extremely functional alternative to the “usual” sets out there.

Quick delivery. Good quality for price point. Ordered the PS1 as a student but wishing I’d gone for the PS2 just for the cool factor. All In all sound quality was comparable to the David Clarke the flight school provide. (Not sure what model)

I’d definitely recommend for a student pilot instead of using the shared headset from flight schools.
