Efficient, on time, despite difficulties with our new build house not being on the satnav! Very friendly driver.

The best Airport shuttle service ever! We were 2 hours late, but they will wait for free. Believe me. Our driver was amazing. Highly recommend to all!

I booked Aeropick for an early-morning transfer to Gatwick Airport, and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I made the reservation online (which took less than 2 minutes!), everything was smooth. The night before, I got a friendly notification with my driver’s name, photo, and vehicle details—no guesswork!

I used Aeropick for a ride to the airport and had a great experience. The driver was on time, friendly, and helpful with my bags.

The car was clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and the price was fair. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

I recently took an airport transfer, and I was really pleased with the entire experience. Clear communication was maintained throughout the easy and hassle-free booking procedure. The driver helped us with our stuff, was polite, and arrived on schedule. The car was well-maintained and clean.

Brilliant service, excellent communication, professional driver and clean car, took me safe and sound and happy to my flight in gatwick airport, definitely recommend.

Very arrogant company who have promised me a refund for my journey but now decided to stop responding to any mails. Not only are they awful to deal with for bookings but I wouldn’t trust them with any taxi service, especially when they farm all services out to other smaller firms and accept no liability.

Aeropick never attended to pick up and never communicated. Additionally, that have not refunded my money. I ended up in an UBER which was considerably less money. Take an UBER!

The driver asks me what time we will arrive, I keep him updated (our flight took off late). When we clear customs, I call him and he says he's at international arrivals (though I can hear he's still in his car). We go there, sure enough he isn't there. I call him again, he says he'll be there in 10 minutes. Then he calls and says to come to the orange short stay car park as he doesn't meet people in the terminal, in flat contradiction of what I was told when I booked. Will not be using them again.

30 mins late both for pick up and drop off. Didn’t meet and greet as requested. Baby seats not safe… brought booster seats rather than baby seats. Won’t put me through to manager
