If I could give this shambles of a company ‘0’ stars I would.
DO NOT BUY FROM them! They are crooks and I have never dealt with a business so inept but more worryingly criminal.

I ordered a dress on-line in October last year (2018).

Having not received the dress after nearly 2 months, I chased the order only to be told that they no longer stocked the dress due to running out of fabric? No-one had told me this, or had been in touch to let me know. I promptly asked for a refund, only to be told in terribly written e-mail, that this would ‘take time’ so they would 'please ask' that I choose a different dress instead.

I didn’t like/want any other dress so asked for a refund. I was then told to again choose another dress (?). I said no again, and they finally said a refund would be made and I would receive it in up to 21 days?! It’s now August 2019, some 10 months since asking for my refund and I still do not have my money back.

Just for the record, in the interim when chasing the refund I was told it had ‘timed out’ and I could no longer have it as I hadn’t requested it in the allotted time-frame!!!! I clearly did request it in the allotted time, as I done so immediately. Also the several times I did chase it (after money not being refunded) I was told to 'be patient' !!!!!!!

They are clearly a criminal company. It’s a complete sham, and like others here I wish I had Googled the company prior to purchasing.

I can only now resort to reporting them to trading standards and also do my best to warn anyone else against buying from them.

Their dresses are of great quality and yet very affordable. They do look exactly similar to their pictures, you can never be disappointed. Furthermore, their online store is user friendly allowing you to select different dresses available in the site. I would definitely recommend this company

I bought this absouteFloral Print Long Sleeves Vacation Maxi Dress. An olive green sleeveless above knee casual. What I loved was the charm of the Army , while the a cool casualness. The fabric has a smooth feel . Its shape and cut gives a great freedom of movement to the body whilst accentuating the curves.

Their service was so efficient and I got my deliveries in quick time. I had a challenge with some of the dresses I ordered that I had outgrown and the customer representative was so kind and polite to me when we communicated and got me my new packages in even faster time.

Never have an online store had such good customer support! Thank you guys for everything!

Wow, If you are looking for the best ladies clothes then this store should be your destination. I cannot advise much about men because I have not bought any mens clothes but I am ordering one for my husband to try. The dresses I bought here were the best and even my friends have started ordering from this site

They take your money and never send the products you ordered.

I love people who keep their word and who can be trusted. That was the case between me and Aeroge. They promised to ship my order before 15th last month and they did exactly that and therefore I received my order on time. I was so happy because I loved everything about them and my order. I will be back for more

Their dresses are so lovely. You cant stop the temptation to get more from them. Since this first order arrived I have been all over their website looking for more products to buy. I have already identified a a coat to buy and I am ordering it next week

Aeroge has a huge variety of designs, and all of them are great. I've even been able to find designs for fandoms that normally don't have much merchandise. Ordered 10 items in February ending and 7 delivered, now just received the remaining 3 items yesterday. That's I got all the items I ordered within two weeks. They of good quality, even far better than my expectations. Weldone
