They refused to give me a refund on goods i bought which was to small i certainly won't deal with them again

The product is fab. I had an issue with delivery but the staff at Aeroflux had great communication throughout and made me feel it was being dealt with. The fan I recommend!!

The only positive thing I can say about them is that they respond to emails. But … only to fob you off with ‘No can’t help’ rapidly followed by ‘Do contact us again if there’s anything else we can help with.’ What a con

I specifically asked whether their hearing aids were blue tooth enabled and, once I’d had a positive response, my mother bought a pair for my 75th birthday. They’re not cheap.
On arrival I realised they’d be far too big for my rather small ear canals. I tried to return them - absolutely no way to do this. So I’ve persisted with pushing them into my ears. Basically they’re just sound enhancers but they’re NOT blue tooth enabled so more or less useless to me. My most recent email pointing out that they’d told me they were before purchase has not brought about any response at all. What a horrible company

Bought an aeroflux cleaner at £49.99 it arrived with a very damaged box, will not charge up so does not work so its not fit for purpose and 2 weeks later they are still not sending me any return instructions or refund after numerous emails from me. Don't touch this company cannot be trusted.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Scammers!!! Had to get refund through bank in the end as they like to accept your return parcel and not refund you as agreed and then just totally blank you. Please read the other reviews and save yourself a lot of stress and hassle. This company have been reported!! Disgusting people scamming others

Very disappointed with this product. The gloves arrived labeled as “cycle gloves” with no proper branding or information. After just a couple of hours of use, the rubber lining started to detach, and there was an uncomfortable gritty feeling between the fingers. On top of that, I later found similar gloves on the website at a lower price. Overall, poor quality and not worth the money.

I purchase the rotating mop but on my first attempt to charge and only on charging for 10mins the USB melted.
Aeroflux were shocked and apologised as it had not happened before and I got a full refund no hassle what’s so ever.
Happy customer and would purchase from then again no problem.

Outstanding customer service, I ended up with two different pairs of hearing aids, which unfortunately didn’t work for me, but Aeroflux gave me a replacement pair the first time and a full refund the second time. Aeroflux, dough maker. Don't recommend this product. Paid £98 , no help after 30 days from this company. The fitting that connects to the base has rusted. Not as expected..

I bought a knee bracelet but ordered the wrong size which I sent back.I have emailed them but so far no response which make me think this is a scam

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before I placed an order with this company. Ordered a week ago and promised express delivery of 2-5 days, but my order hasn't even been despatched. Emailed and no response. Just sent a second email asking them to cancel the order and process a full refund, but reading the comments here, I doubt it will be that straightforward, so will probably have to go through my bank. I really don't understand why Trustpilot doesn't pass on so many appalling reviews to Trading Standards. This 'company' shouldn't be allowed to operate.

I was about to order a knee brace from this company which looked excellent in it’s advert in Google Chrome. Just what I wanted but decided to look on Trustpilot first. Glad I did. Changed my mind seeing all the bad experiences.

I want to echo one of the reviews below. I also bought the fort building kit which has excellent reviews on the website however I think these were fake reviews as the quality and customer service are TERRIBLE. Due to the poor quality I wanted to return it and get a refund. They instead offered a 40% refund which I then refused. After about 6 weeks of communication they have said they've issued me a full refund but I haven't received anything so not confident I will.
In summary AVOID!!!

Product is not as pictured. Images are from another brand. Terrible quality and not the product in the pictures but I was still expected to pay to return the item. Customer service awful sporadic responses usually offering a small percentage of what I originally paid. Any further queries are ignored for significant periods. Please respond to my email.

Sent item back and never received a refund had to go through credit card dispute. Do not buy from them

I’ve ordered an item on the 17th of March and it’s now the 24th of March so it’s been one week and 0 update on Wednesday actually gonna be delivered.

When chasing them they didn’t reply and I have had no luck or update with anything. They are complete scam and disgrace and do not used them under any circumstances.
